Couldn’t figure out the mosquito net. One of the slats under the bed would dislodge and needed putting back in.

Very friendly staff with cute bungalows. Has a fridge in the room so could have nice cold water! Very good value for money.

Would be nice with a few hangers in the room. The pillow was too high for me, but that’s a preference.

Perfect location, next to the beach. Calm place, recommend for solo female traveler. Hot shower. Good AC. Nice garden, big room. Would come back!

Not as shiny pretty as in pictures, spider scared the soul out of me once in the shower, then the water dropped out (but it's a small island so understandable). Cash only and pay on arrival but didn't have the right change (which I never got back - but only a couple dollars). Also my own fault, but I accidentally left my white linen pants on the bed and forgot them because they blended in with the sheets and mozzie net 😭 (didn't message me about it, but I take the blame on that one)

Location was great! Right near the east beach were the best swimming and snorkeling is, staff were friendly and breakfast was fabulous. Little outdoor space was really nice in the mornings when not yet too muggy.

The host Mr Joe was awesome nothing a problem he even took my bags to my next stay and came back with my washing the next day. Was a wonderful place to relax There was a medical place close which 1 needed so handy and 9 gym across the road😄

Aircon wasn't cooling enough. No kettle. Drinking water available only for extra price. No tooth brush and tooth paste.

Given the previous reviews, we expected the place to be cleaner and better maintained. We spent the first night in a room with a very outdated bathroom and got moved to one of the nicer bungalows for the rest of the stay.

Joe and Habibi are great and very helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty. Location is quiet and not far to the beach. Great bicycles for rent and good value for money.

It was unfortunately not as clean as I would have liked. A few coat hangers would be nice. The WiFi could be better.

I liked that it wasn’t a big place and the size of the room/bungalow is great. There is a lot of potential in the property but it needs a little maintenance and love.

The door to my room was quite tricky to lock, which wasn’t great in terms of safety (although I didn’t feel unsafe, I prefer locking my door at night). A few extra hooks to hang towels and belongings would be great.

The only minimal downside was that the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool to our liking but it was extremely hot during our stay.

Good location close to the beach and opposite a really good gym. Large clean room and bathroom. Decent breakfast. Swimming pool to cool down. Very friendly staff. Can rent bikes and do laundry.

Overall, the room was relatively basic and the air con took a long time to get going.

The staff were very helpful and friendly who arranged trips and taxis for us. The homestay is a 5/10 minute walk from beautiful beaches. The value for money was unbeatable. We loved our stay here!

Lovely homestay with very kind owner, clean and comfortable bed, good AC, lovely little pool and the gym is just opposite!! Good breakfast included (eggs, pancakes, smoothie etc). Really lovely simple place to stay
