The staff don’t speak English. The bed was not very comfortable and made squeaky noises. The lighting on the first floor is quite dim — it could use a bit more brightness. It would be nice if there were smart TVs, so people could access YouTube or other apps.

I was allowed to check in a bit earlier and check out later, which was very convenient for me. There’s a water dispenser. A new bottle costs 50,000, and the staff help replace it when needed. The kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. Great value for money. The staff respond very quickly to any requests. When the fridge light went out, someone came and fixed it within an hour. When the toilet broke, they also called a technician right away and resolved the issue. Good location — within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy. I would definetely recommend this place and would stay there again

Air conditioner up stairs did not cool the room properly. Bathroom shower quite run down.

You get what you pay for at this accom! It is nothing spectacular but is more than fine for something cheap and quite clean and comfy for the most of part. Quiet surroundings, private and easy to access.

The air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work well. No kettle or kitchen knives. No pool towels provided.

Location was good. Apartment set back off the road so not a lot of road noise. Very spacious apartments with a small kitchenette. Bed very comfortable.

Price for the water refill increased during our stay from 30k to 50k and after getting a refill we were notified and needed to pay the remaining amount after the increase. Couch is very squeaky and could be more comfy.

Water pressure a bit low. They asked for a deposit before to get in, which I never had to do with a booking stay. I think this should be mentioned on the booking profile page. Except that, all smooth.

The bed was comfortable, the water fountain, the availability of the staff via WhatsApp. I get that this place is usually rent for a mid term although I did rent it for 3 nights and it was nice.

I liked that it was so close to the main strip of shops and the beach but in a quiet location on a tucked away street! And also there is a convenience store right across the road which was super handy.

The girl who is trying to scam people for money/damage not caused by current occupiers she then threatens to complain to booking agency unless you pay. The gay men who were peeing into bushes and partying in pool.

They try to scam you for previous damage and try to make you pay money. I booked this room for my gf’s elderly mother. She doesn’t smoke and is a very clean person, keeps everything spotless. They had the hide to blame her for a burn mark on a bed side table. She checked out last Thursday, and today is Monday when they contacted me about it.
