Google maps gave us the wrong direction to the villa if going on foot. Can be quite creepy walking back to the villa as the roads were very dark.

Very close to the beach. Very accessible to main road of Seminyak. For the price of petite room it was well worth it especially if you don't plan to stay within the compound the whole day. Villa was nicely decorated. Very quiet at night.

We had the pool room. Maybe need some clarity for others that they were able to use the pool. We felt that when we were there sitting outside others were unsure.

Pool looked like it cold be a little cleaner , had an oven in kitchen area but not connected, looked brand new, had to use electric one ring hot plate , toaster had to be replaced ( same day ). room very nice bed comfy , little walk to beech through ally way , so bring a torch. very handy laundrette out side , nice restaurant at start of drive way, get booking as very busy.

The place looked better in the photo. The outdoor kitchen was not very clean and equipped and overall kinda run down. There was a sofa outside that was really dirty and we could not really sit on. The pool was quite dirty too.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. The location was great and the staff was polite and friendly.

We have been to Baby Melon 2 years previously, and came back because we loved it so much. But there are certain things that are looking a little tired. The kitchette tap was nearly falling off, the ants were constant in the kitchen and the white walls looked in need of a paint.

Loved the size of the suite, its location, the pool and greenery. The decor in the rooms is great, the whole place gives you a feel of serenity.

Aircon -

Everything was great, however the air conditioner was broken for the first 1.5 days of stay, this impacted how comfortable our stay was as was very hot. Baby melon did compensate with 1 hour massages for partner and I which was a nice gesture.

The pool was very dirty and unappealing. Nothing like the pictures shown. Staff constantly hanging around the pool area and using vacant rooms, the resident dogs barking at you when you come/go from property.

The room was large, very comfortable and beautifully put together with very thoughtful interior design. Lovely bathroom. Friendly hostess who managed the property.

The location while being close to the beach was not in the heart of Seminyak and the selection of quality cafe's and restaurants was limited within walking distance.

Amazing Villa with that classic Bali feel, our bathroom had a wonderful open sky shower which was very cool.Its in a quiet location with a nice little pool and garden setting to chill out in.

Only down side, bedding needs to be changed to brand new, as stains on sheets, which gave it an impression of being dirty, which i’m sure they weren’t. Furnishings also needed some updating.

The whole house is stunning. There are 2 pools, unfortunately only told about the 2nd pool when checking out. Our room was large and spacious.

fabulous location, nice and quiet except for a few dogs one morning the resort could do with a little bit of touch up here and there, but very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. nice and spacious would recommend for somebody who wanted the ease of being somewhere close, but not in the hustle and bustle.

The "double room" toilet outside of the room itself was never cleaned during our 2-night stay. Even before, there was hair in the drain, that caused clogging and a terrible smell in return. The beautiful and spacious kitchen was NOT for guests, even though there was nobody ever using it. It was not clear which parts of the villa are accessible for guests, which are not. The pool was there, but was really dirty. In general the staff was friendly, sure, but didn't make you feel welcome or comfortable in the villa.

The villa is beautiful, an oasis of peace in the middle on the town. Close to the beach (watch out walking means usually going through shaddy little alleys as most of the beach front is privatised by the big resorts, that's a problem of Bali). The room was comfortable.

Location is a bit "inside" that you need to talk a walk from the main road. Might be an issue if you have big/many luggage. The bath tub was big but no hot water running (at that time, hot water only available for shower). The kettle has seen better days, a bit rusty. So better be careful when you boiled hot water to make coffee.

Room was spacious. Very comfortable. WiFi was great so I could do a bit of work. Big bathroom area. There's ceiling fans as well as air conditioner, so you get comfy temperature in the room. Nice staff there and they do the cleaning on a daily basis.

We loved everything it was perfect for us.

The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. We were three friends so had one private room each and had the shared pool to ourselves. There are three seperate villa rooms and one shared pool so it fantastic for a group of friends or couples. It is down a private lane opposite the beach and very close to the main shopping street. A great location. We loved it.

I think the hot water is shared so it gets cold quick. I prefer a softer bed, but that’s me. Does show its age a little but gives it some nice character (not really a negative).

Stayed in the Temple room, loved the concept. Very spacious, massive bathroom. Nice and quiet considering the location. Fairly private room. Location was very close to the beach and La Plancha (5-10 min easy walk).
