The room was spacious and the AC was effective. The bed was very comfortable with squishy pillows. It was nice to have a water dispenser and kettle in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the dinner I had at the cafe next door which was also very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The swimming pool has hell lot lot lot of chlorine in it because of which me and my daughter suffered from Excess Chlorine Eye burn and pain. If u want to play in the pool especially for kids, make sure to carry swimming eyewear and if not do not open ur eyes underwater.

The propert is very nice and clean. The rooms have ample space and they provide hot and cold water. The location is not exactly in the centre but everything is super managable. It has pool access as well as it has an option for breakfast on water however the breakfast is complementary but you need to pay 50,000 IDR if you want it in the pool.

One night there was neighbors playing loud music but the staff addressed it and asked talked to them so it did stop early enough.

The quiteness of the village. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Breakfast is served in your room at the time you request, which is a bonus when you have those early morning activities and can’t have breakfast until you come back. Affordable restaurant on site and you can order on WhatsApp they’ll bring the food to your room. Pristine clean pool. Host go over and above to help you organise activities at a very reasonable price that beats any offer you’ll get around. I actually wished I’d contacted them upfront even for a taxi to move around. The rooms are comfortable and staff offers to clean every day. Hot shower with acceptable water pressure. AC in room that helps so much after being in the heat outside. 20lt of filtered water is provided in each room during your stay. Don’t leave without asking the host to arrange for that Bali massage to get all those muscles relaxed.

The toilet of the rooms is bad.

The people there are the absolute best. If it wasn't for the amazing staff, the place won't be as great as it is. April was the best host I had so far in my 2 months in Bali.

We had to keep asking for the water to be put on when we wanted to have a shower / wash hands which wasn't great. But the staff are very accommodating and always there.

We liked that it was a super peaceful area, with minimal noise (some building works nearby but not too bad). There is a gym and a nice cafe close by which are great. The warung next door is pretty good too and if you opt in to breakfast, it comes from there. Good value.

- wifi in the late evening sometimes not so good and connection problems, but otherwise good - In the bathroom the reception was sometimes also not available - in the area gojek/grab is "not allowed" as there is a local cab provider. Therefore some of my gojeks were canceled

Without a doubt this was one of the best stays for us in 2024 in and around Bali. We stayed in Bali for 2 weeks and out of which 4 nights in Ayuna. Originally we booked for 2 nights but we ended up in extending our stay for another 2 nights. The staff, facilities, beds, comfort, privacy, peace, location everything was as per our expectations. Highly Recommended!

It was quite far from the city, so no late night walkies, but it wasn’t too bad to stay away from the hustle and bustle for a few hours.

Because it was out of the city, the room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel had a nice pool and was right next to a restaurant that stayed open late (try the fruit cocktail it’s incredible!).

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect.

Everything! A calm and peaceful place to relax and chill. Would love to come back again ❤️ The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a late check-in after midnight and they were able to receive us at such odd hours. Even they arranged driver for us on request, which was such a lovely gesture 🙌🏼. From Food to View to room - everything was more than perfect and joyful.

Pool water wasn't so clean. Also location is bit far from Ubud centre. We used Grab cab first but however we booked the scooty later so could explore well.

Great staff, very helpful for requests. We requested floating breakfast and they prepared it so sweetly on our last day in Bali.. Clean rooms with pool, pool water wasn't so clean though. We also hired scooty from them, that was the best experience to explore Ubud.
