The best stay we’ve had in Bali! 😊 a beautiful homestay with stunning & spacious rooms, location a nice distance away from the busy town. Comfy bed, great shower and large balcony overlooking the family’s own temple! The homestay owners are so kind and friendly, they even deliver a delicious breakfast everyday to your balcony ❤️ We hired a moped from the family which was perfect for travelling into the main town of Ubud!

Everything was truly wonderful and spotlessly clean. The hosts, Edi and Ayu, along with their entire family, were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful—such genuine people! I’ll never forget the amazing breakfast, and Ayu’s mie goreng was hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life. The whole place felt so cozy and homey. They also offer car, bike, and laundry services, all super convenient and smoothly handled. It felt like staying with family—I can’t wait to come back! 🙏🏼😇🤍

We stayed at The Madawa Suites for 7 days and absolutely loved it! The villa is clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located. The breakfast is tasty and filling. The staff are kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. Ayu and her husband are wonderful people! 😍😍😍 There’s also a laundry service — we used it twice, and they returned our clothes clean and fresh to our room at a very good price. Tini Market is just 5 minutes away — perfect for buying fresh, delicious, and affordable fruits and flowers. Thanks to Ayu’s advice, we tried Tini Kitchen, only 6 minutes walk, and the food was really tasty and clean. We highly recommend this villa and would definitely come back again. Thank you, Ayu and your husband, for making our stay so amazing! 😘

I had a really great stay! The place was super clean, and honestly, it looked exactly like the photos, which is always a plus. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious! Seriously, it was comfortable in every way. I'd definitely recommend this place!

All was perfect. Quite far from amenities but it's what we were looking for

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very big with a shower and tub! The staff was excellent and available for everything! They also have a lovely dog, a pug called Belly which is very sweet!

The bed is really comfortable. The toilet so beautiful with the bath to relax. The terrace is a plus and the breakfast was very good! But the best thing, the warm welcome and the kindness of Ayu, thanks for everything!!

When not renting a villa, guests don’t have access to a pool - not a non negotiable, still a beautiful place to stay!

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always around to help with any queries, lovely family running the property. Location is good, but hiring a bike is definitely recommended to get around.

Lovely stay. Highly recommend. Clean. Good bathroom, with a bath. Easy to get anywhere with grab. Breakfast was great. Always fresh. Welcomed late at night. But woke up the greenery and temple opposite. Rooster opposite is a noisy chappy. Thank you for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay! Edi and Ayu are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their hospitality really made our experience special. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Missed some real calmness and nature around . This is more of a homestay not really a hotel. Be aware that this is not a resort, the rooms are excellent for accomodation. You might hear your neighbors talking on their terrace late , etc it is what it is, as bedrooms are really close to each other.

I recently stayed at The Madawa suites, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Ayu and Edi were warm, welcoming, and always eager to assist. For the check-in process, a big thanks to both of them as my flight timing was 2 am was delayed, and they were waiting for me on airport for more than 3 hours, finally they meet so at the end my checking was without any hassle. The room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design – everything from the soft lighting to the plush linens added to the luxurious feel. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent surrounding, good vibes environment, it feel like connected to nature.The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, featuring a wide variety of fresh and high-quality dishes. The suite location is perfect for both tourists and business travelers, offering easy access to local attractions and transportation. Edi also is a nice guide and has a good experience in local places. I would Overall, Madawa suites exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay. I will certainly be returning on my next visit!!!

Everything was just the BEST! Stunning place, beautiful room with amazing bathroom, exactly as shown in the pics, very clean. Air-con, big fridge, kettle etc. Lovely terrace where they serve delicious breakfast (many options to be choose from). Hosts are the nicest people, they go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable experience. Loved the fact it’s very close to Ubud central but not too close so you can enjoy a peaceful stay avoiding all the crowd. Also, very close location to rice fields. The only place I’m gonna be back at, when back in Ubud area.

Ayu and Eddie were extremely kind and accommodated to every need we had, even with excursion booking. Eddie drove us three days around the island and he was always on time and kind. The bathroom and room were very clean, the AC worked very well and breakfast was lovely, we would recommend the omelette! The location is perfect if you are looking for something away from hectic Ubud (although the drive to the center is not long). We would highly recommend staying here!
