Villa is quite dated and it’s all just a bit not quite there considering what you pay. Bed isn’t overly comfortable and linens aren’t crisp and clean (light staining), Bathrooms smell like sewerage.. nothing to Do with the amazing staff, it’s just old and a bit run down.

The location is sensational! You are definitely paying for the location here. The staff are amazing but the villas are quite dated.

The only gripe was a higher quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner for the price of the property would be good. It didn’t bother us as we had ear plugs to sleep with but that beautiful lagoon can be noisy so bring some if you are a light sleeper. Don’t let it put you off though as the view is 👌🏼

The view is incredible. Staff were super lovely and keen to help. The breakfast was also a standout. Excellent quality and quantity of food and coffee.

Even though designed for couples, the rooms were a bit small as well as the mini-fridge. TV didn't work. Door security was poor. Needing 3 keys to carry around and 2 to get into our villa is something they should change.

Location and view from main pool/bar/restaurant was awesome. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Ease of access and secludedness whilst only a short stroll to other beach side bars, and surfing. Importantly far enough away from the hustle and madness of other areas.

Transportation to Cinningan Island is not that easy as there is no car or ferry that directly goes to the island

For us, it was very isolated, nothing to do at all- needed a scooter to head over to Lembongan but hotel were great and provide shuttles to the yellow bridge many times a day. Very dated also, doors wouldn’t shut but not a problem for us.

The service! Staff were so lovely, every staff member you passed greeted you, housekeeping was twice a day which was lovely. Went above and beyond. Our villa was nice and private felt very comfortable. View from the restaurant was impeccable, every morning turtles would be visible. Room service was so convenient, food was bit expensive than at most places but still good value. Just FYI, the villas in general don’t have a view - only the couple in the official photos on here.

The villa was lovely, but unfortunately right next to a group of very noisy guests who were singing loudly, drinking, and causing a disturbance well past the 10 pm quiet time. Despite informing the hotel (multiple times), the noise didn’t stop until around 1 am. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better management — staff should be proactively checking the villas at night, not waiting for repeated complaints before taking action. This really impacted the quality of our stay.

Whilst the location is amazing, it was a bit of a mission to get there from the ferry. It would be cool if they found a way to do a ferry pick up, not just pickup at the yellow bridge

Unfortunately the servicing of our room dropped away a little during ceremony time when a lot of the regular staff weren’t there…. not a big problem and definitely will not deter us from staying here again.

The location of the property is fantastic, we had a cliff top ocean view villa with amazing views of the ocean. The staff are extremely friendly and a great support for local knowledge.

Water pressure was irregular & more shade over the pool would have been good to avoid sunburn.

Beautiful location by the lagoon. Great restaurant with a fantastic view of the blue lagoon and nice public pool (big enough to actually swim in) also with a fantastic view, which we took advantage of when we arrived early before check in and waited for our cabin to be ready. Lovely cabin with a nice private outdoor area with its own pool. We experienced a very well-organized hotel with nice staff and a high level of service.

No hand rail going up the stairs going into the Chalet or in the pool very dangerous getting in and out without a ladder or support no side table near the bed .

The premises look a little run down. We tried finding out when it was built but couldn't find much info on it. The restaurant area (with the pool) overlooking the lagoon looked like they do in the pics. However, the pool area features a few bean sacks to lay on and the area itself looks like it could use a fresh up. The restaurant is pretty expensive for what it is. To me the portions were more on the smaller side. As for breakfast, one can choose one dish from the menu. Any other dishes cost extra. I would have expected for the breakfast to contain more than one dish. The hut itself was nice. It was clean and there isn't anything to complain about. The bathroom, on the other hand, wasn't as nice. There was no water pressure for showering, the tiles (due to their shading) always looked somewhat dirty.

I did a lot of research on accommodation in Nusa Ceningan. I couldn't find much that ticked the boxes that needed ticking. Blue Lagoon Villas were pretty close to it and I figured it is a good deal for what's on offer. Getting there was easy, the staff was nice, and check in was easy. The hut wasn't the biggest, but was exactly what we had booked. Breakfast was ok, but didn't fulfil all my expectations. We ventured out a lot for food. There are a few nice local places around. Just across from the Blue Lagoon villas is a glamping compound which became our favorite. Great drinks and great food. But more on the expensive side but quality was awesome.
