The service; although staff were friendly, food was cold and pool bar service was terrible - ordered drinks and food and waited 20 minutes for a beer (actually asked, "can you please just pass a beer from the fridge") whilst the barman disappeared to get organised (he did not have supplies at pool bar ready). Food came and chicken wings were stone cold (as though just came out of fridge). Gave up with Eggs at breakfast on 1 morning as they ran out and took 15-20 minutes to get more eggs. Room service food also not hot. After checking out and paying the bill on the final day (given a receipt which i put in my locked suitcase) - I was asked by a different reception person to prove I had paid and to show my receipt.....

The private pool villas - wonderful! Location - perfect for quieter stay.

The room of the villa is very small. The bathroom is nearly bigger than the room. And the closet is so small that I had to keep my clothes in my luggage the whole time.

The villas with private pools are very quiet and yet close to the beach and activities.

There was a bad smell of humidity and possibile beginning of some water damage. We had a room at the bottom floor.

Very good inner yard and pool. Breakfast was good. Service personal were very helpful and nice. The Beach facilities with restaurant and film at the evenings were great.

Noise in the morning from doors slamming as none of the doors have slam stoppers. We didn't enjoy the breakfast. Noise at 7am in the morning when the staff roll their trolleys past the villas enough to wake you up.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond and great to talk to, had a good laugh. We stayed in the villa which was very nice. Room very clean and cleaners were amazing tidying up the room everyday. Air conditioning very good. Two bottles of water given everyday. Lunch and dinner were really good. Signature cocktails were great. Beach area nice.

Great location. Away from the hustle & bustle of the Port area. Staff were amazing, so friendly & helpful. The beach was beautiful. Lots of turtles every day. Breakfast had so many delicious options. Enjoyed the beach movie nights.

Breakfast was better than in our last visit, but still there were some things finished for time-to time.

Beds are really comftable and big. Room is also big and clean. We like the pool, it is very long and nice to swim. There is also one smaller, but really deep pool. Conditioner works good. No noise from mosque on this side of island.

We didn’t like the movie night, outside the hotel, every night. Some nights with just music would be nice.

Rooms are a little outdated. No fridge, some rooms had some didn’t. Toilet really hard to flush. Had to keep filling the top up.

Beautiful location, breakfast on the beach was really good with plenty of choice. Movies after a stunning sunsets was wonderful. Hadi in reception was really helpful, sorted out bikes and sunbeds plus recommended places to go.

The street in front of the hotel was under renovation, so a bit of mess at the entrance of the hotel, but nothing to make our experience less pleasant.

The staff is suuuuper friendly and helpful. The location and the hotel is also nice and has good facilities. The location was just beautiful.

The cinema nights get rather busy so you do need to be there early, and I did think the hotel lent you the bike but they don't you have to pay the guy next door but great place to stay

The pool was a great size and the strawberry mojito were brill. The room was clean and spacious. We didn't try the breakfast as did other things so can't comment on that. The hotel is in the quieter part which I liked but you do need a bike to get around, prob 20 min bike ride to centre but plenty at hotel if you don't want to do that.

Having movies on the beach every night was a bonus .. and the sunsets were amazing with Agung in the backdrop. Was nice being on the more quiet side.. although there were plenty of sunset beach bars
