The Aston is an excellent choice in the city. While it's not properly in the city, it's very close to the center and on the main way to go to other places. Nice and spacious rooms, very clean, very good service. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice, both asian and western. A very nice hotel indeed.

IndonesiaFirst concern is motorcycle parking for guests is tight, no roof and looks like close to water septic or something. When it's raining, the helmet will wet if you don't bring it to the room. Kinda struggling to park and unpark especially cz we ride quite a big dimension bike. The second one, I booked a room for 2 ppl, but they only prepared 1 dental kit. Idk cz they forgot to prepare the room or it was on purpose. Cz as far as I stayed in other Aston, they always prepare double for 2 guests.
Room is nice, and the bed is also clean. The staff is so friendly and fast response. Breakfast is perfect. We ordered dinner too, and it was quite good. Also I like the way they prepare mineral water in the corridor so guests can easily take water as much as they need.

New ZealandThe customer service was not good, they responded very late to every calls we made. Either google don't do the jobs of ringing them properly. I asked google to ring reception, more than 6 times and came back with nothing. It took about half an hour for me trying to get hold of the reception. No luck, so I went downstairs and talked to them, they said the phone didn't even ring. The gym room was so small, you can't even fit 3 people in there, let alone doing exercises.
The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast has lots of varieties, taste wise was OK. They clean the rooms everyday, nice bathroom as well.

The Aston Hotel Mojokerto fully met our expectations. We had a special request which was fulfilled immediately. The hotel team is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. The hotel is highly recommended in any case.

United Arab EmiratesFound mattress a little hard to start with but get used to it quickly and quite comfortable after that. Weird that bathroom taps only have cold water. Very limited and almost same every day breakfast but enough. Room service menu not good unless you like local foods only. Bugs in parents room we think as balcony door warped.
Clean and comfortable generally. Staff were helpful overall and catered to our special requests which was appreciated. Parking useful and very good location for us. Great value for money in all honesty. Great showers. Water dispensers on each floor a nice idea.
