Staff & food were great. Decor was good. Hotel itself looked a bit run down & in need of updating the bathrooms, Spa room, pool etc. Restraunts, bar, shop, reception were all great!

The bed is much too softer. I have to sleep on the floor for two days. And it's very noisy even at midnight.

The breakfast has a big variety of food. There are a lot of choices for local food and western food. There are enough room for everyone, not very crowded. There is a small supermarket nearby, very convenient.

The hotel looks a little bit old. The Park area is narrow although it's enough.

The location is in the heart of the city. The room is spacious, the food is good.

The window !!!! I sleep in extra bed by the window and it's making squeaky sound.. scary 😖 to hear it.. feel like the building will collapse anytime. Then the room carpet, making the room look dull (I'm not a fan of carpet anyway) 😅

The room was decent. Hot shower was excellent. Bed/Extra bed was comfy. Room view was okay. Breakfast was great and has many varieties. You have took a pic. of us trying a mushroom chicken.

Booking non-smoking rooms but getting the smoking rooms instead. Although they tried to eliminate the odor, but the smell was noticeable.

Poor soundproofing and we could hear noises from other rooms. Some of the food at breakfast are just tasteless (e.g. for black sticky rice and mung bean porridge, tha coconut milk should be sweet, not plain and tasteless). Egg station portions were too small. Lifts are slow even though there were 3 or 4 lifts. The hotel entry sign should be made clearer (facing the 2 sides of the road instead of just 1 side) and bigger since there is another hotel next to it and it can be confusing especially at night. Cleanliness should be improved especially when cleaning the rooms.

Location is central and room facilities are good. Beds are large and comfy. Rooms are spacious. There are plenty of food varieties to choose from at breakfast. The swimming pool and children playground are good. Car parking is good. Plenty of small restaurants nearby the hotel.

The Aston Hotel Madiun was one of the largest hotel properties in the area, offering ample parking space. However, some parking spots were not very comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was above average. The biggest issue was with the elevators, which were difficult to handle due to their small size. When the elevator reached full capacity, all the buttons were replaced by a sensor, causing people to accidentally press all the buttons. Additionally, the small size of the elevator meant that only a few hotel customers could fit at a time. During peak season, this led to long waiting times of more than 15 minutes, even for quick trips like going to the gym or grabbing a bite to eat. The rooms were decent, though they can improve on the cleanliness. The hotel rooms had a dimly lit design, which personally didn't suit my taste. The lighting was insufficient and the overall atmosphere was darker than I preferred. some of the air conditioning units in some of the rooms weren't very effective in cooling the room. However, the hotel staff was quick to assist and arranged room switches promptly. The food at the hotel, especially at the Café on the top floor, was delicious. Unfortunately, the waiting areas near the convenience store and some of the Cafés were dimly lit and filled with people smoking, resulting in an unpleasant smell permeating the area.

In itself a nice hotel, although it could be a bit cleaner. Unfortunately, there was a wedding that evening, which was very loud. Only after several calls to the reception, the volume was adjusted so that we could sleep.

The suite was very large and had several rooms and bathrooms. In general, the Suite was very impressive. The breakfast was also quite good.

for presidential suite room, the tools on pantry are lacking. would be better if they could provide more tools like spoons, microwave, or plates. on the main room, there arent any door to separate the bedroom and the bathroom, which makes it really unpleasant to be at, definitely lacking in bathroom privacy. during my stay, the ac on the living room seems like its broken, which makes it quite hot and uncomfortable. the decorations on the room are also quite weird and doesnt match the room design, especially the plants above the tv on living room

the room is clean and big, quite comfortable. the view from the room is great. the skylounge are really nice since the food are quite cheap and its quite delicious. great parking place and friendly staff. i also like how they allow us to refill water from dispenser, really helpful and environmental friendly.

Need to walk 2km to the city center but not a big deal if you are on holidays and want to discover a bit this surpising city.

Modern hotel with everything you can expect from it: well-trained, polite, and friendly staff. Facilities and spacious room. etc. Special thumb-up to the sky lounge with a fairly nice view of the city.

Because the hotel was full, the staff wasn't really responsive, it took me 15 minutes to call for the bellboy for carrying my stuff. They put several water dispensers in the hallway to reduce the use of the single-use plastic bottles, it is nice but some of them didn't function.

the breakfast was decent, they have the traditional dishes; soto kikil, which is pleasant. Their black sticky rice & mung bean congee was also nice. They don't have wholewheat bread options, and the rest is mediocre

-Cleaning standards is very pool (snortz on ensuite shower screen, worms/leach crawling out of the grouts) - photos attached. -complicated room service system (deposit) poorly explained by staffs. *If you are paying $500 for 2 nights + 2 other deluxe room total $800. I would thought Aston will ensure that you get a good service or at least a CLEAN BATHROOMS.
