The location is perfect. Close to Lawang Sewu , Mall, Lots of restaurants , Warung makan and Oleh oleh.

the facility in the room should be improved, such as smart TV, hand shower in the bath room, mirror should be replaced with a new one, since there are some "dirt" at the edge of the mirror in the bathroom.

The location is very comfortable, quite close to food area.......very interesting to people who like to explore local food and for only walking distance you can find shopping center.

Hot shower wasn’t perfect compared with another Aston at other city, solo, bandung, jakarta, samarinda. 2 times complained, good response, same result, not fixed. We can say only cold water shower on room 635.

This hotel room is spacious, the deluxe premier room is very nice. We stayed two nights in this room and 8 nights in Junior suite. This room is so big, it has separate living area. Two AC and two tv (living room and bedroom). The king size bed super comfortable. Amenities include coffee machines with coffee pods provided, mini refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, kettle. The bathroom is clean and spacious with separate shower and bathtub. The staff members are super nice, honest, attentive, always happy to help. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Location is perfect.

Window has no shear curtain, only black out. AC struggled to keep room cool. Cleaning wasn't quite 4 stars.

Good location, great staff. Comfortable bright simple designed room. Power points at useful height and location (many hotels failed on this). Very good towels. Breakfast choice galore and tasty. Definitely value for money.

Moldy Bath room and no double bed for husband & wife. How every they did try to accommodate by joining the 2 single beds.

Needs a lot of mold work, very Moldy could course a health risk.

The cleanliness in bathroom and in some common area should also be treated as priority. Some thick stain in the sink tap and some dust can easily be found in the room.

A centrally located hotel where restaurants are within 1 to 2 km away, in fact the local and traditional foods are only walking distance from the property. Quite wide variety of breakfast choices that come from several parts of the nation. Helpful staffs showing genuine hospitality. Despite some bath towels and bedding look need to be refurbished, the property could be favorable to stay for solo traveler as well as family's gate away.

The location is just perfect. In the city center, but quite and the room is comfortable with a good hot shower. The stores of oleh-oleh just 5 minutes walking distance. No need to worry about the parking lot around the oleh-oleh stores.

The room wasn't soundproofed, and it was facing a busy road, so it was very loud from traffic noise all day and until very late at night (even on the sixth floor!). Also, there was noise from the corridors (banging doors, passing guests, cleaning staff etc.).

Central location, very friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, nice rooftop pool, and well equipped gym.
