I like the mirrors: at the kitchen sink, in the bedroom and in the toilet. The linen: pillow case, duvet, comforter, towel smell fresh and good. No stinky smell from kispray and detergent. The only setback is, too crowded at breakfast buffet. Maybe more tables and space must be added.

The apartment was ok, it has 2 nice bedrooms and spacious living room. But the view from balcony was less nicer, i was expecting

The breakfast offered satisfies everyone's palate. The jogging track will keep you in good health in your holiday. We observed the families had fun with the swimming pools and kid's area. We love the coffee and cake at Illy's. We also enjoyed playing the 'table top football' and feeding the koi fishes. The gazeebo and the river viewing deck are best for pictures. The best of all, the hotel is well decorated with colorful butterfly orchids and also some decorations for the holiday.

Toilet sometimes smell pee very strong, I guess from the toilet drain hole from room next door. Toilet cleanliness need more attention. Room on lobby level was too noisy too many guests passed by even after midnight.

Breakfast was good as usual. Room quite clean, beddings n towels quite clean. Staff always nice and provide good services.

Since my stay is long weekend so the property is quite crowd. I have to wait around 30 minutes before the room is ready to be used. Maybe the staff did make up room in a hurry so some complimentary wasn't complete such as lack of shower cap, tea, sugar, slipper.

It was my second time stay at Aston. The view and weather of this resort is great. All hotel staffs is friendly and they do quick action as well at the time we need something such as additional towel, more tea, sugar and shower cap.

staff was courteous and the hotel was clean, The location is beautiful. you can see mountains and all that nature has to offer. there is a river flowing within the resort. old property but nice and clean. there was some challenge with food order which F&B manager took care of well.

During the school holiday, this place was quite crowded and we didn't get the type of bed that we requested.

"The breakfast was excellent, with a full selection. We loved that they offered free cotton candy to welcome the children. They also have a bike rental service if you'd like to explore the area."

I think it needs renovation. The room layout seems the same as when i visited the hotel in 2013.

Staff and service. Long wait in bar and restaurant plus no staff standby by the counter of bar/cafe. long wait for room service plus many miss communication between the staff (kitchen and room service staff) as my order came wrong and un complete.

Kids recreation are amazing - different sizes of pool, kids playground and kids outbound. Many outdoor activities are available in this hotel including e-bike vehicle and jogging track. Front office including concierge and security staff are very nice and helpful.
