The villa was in need of maintenance with rotten or loose decking boards, some lighting not working, general age to many facilities and kitchen cook top not functioning. The daily breakfast was basic and had to be prepared in neighbors villa due to the non functioning kitchen items in our villa. The hosts made all efforts to rectify any issues, but items simply needed repair or replacement.

Good location with access to other parts of Seminyak & Bali. Completely private villa with private pool and friendly hosts at reception. Lovely big bed with mosquito treatment by hosts every evening. Great to have a sound system in the villa for some tune when relaxing. Kitchen with fridge to keep drinks cold, small shop and laundry just across the road.

The kitchen does not have pans and other cooking utensils, only a kettle, plates and 2 stoves. Closed doesn't work properly

More attention to cleaning inside the villa would be great. A few more glasses and bigger cups for coffee would be helpful.

Location is excellent and easy to walk to many restaurants and shops in Seminyak. The villa is well designed with very basic kitchen implements, reasonably comfortable bed, good shower. Fridge was very clean as was the pool area and bathroom. Appreciated the large water container rather than small disposable bottles. Staff are lovely! Very helpful and friendly. Villa cat is a ginger and white cutie who is very friendly. Not actually THE villa cat, but one who visited every day :)

I’ve stayed here 6 years ago, and the villa is a little run down with broken wood floor path, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, the pool had Algae, even though staff were cleaning every morning, but the algae needed to be brushed off the walls and floor of the pool.

The rooms need a deep clean and more attention to repairs and maintenance. For the price we paid, I expect a higher standard. In saying that, we were ripped off by booking.com. Paid a high nightly rate, months before we traveled, on arrival the price was halved and no breakfast! Agoda had it listed even cheaper.

The staff are exceptional. We stayed here before which is why we booked again. The location, private pool and amenities sold us. Shame booking .com stuffed us up. Fortunately management sorted what we know we booked.

Was unclean, white towels were brown/grey, mosquito net broken. As a solo female my introduction to the villa was a bit uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the villa we were in had nightly visits by bats which would leave bat poo in places .

The layout of the villas was very good and the bed really comfortable and large . The walk to the shops and restaurants took about 10 minutes.

Villa needs maintenance broken pool tiles. Broken wooden planks on floor around sun shade area. No cover around pool pump and it's a big drop luckily is surrounded by bushes but little kids could easily fall.

The aircon fan screaming at 4am, then water leaking through the room, the villa doors are hard to open and the key snapped inside the lock, just be careful walking along the decking as it's loose and parts of it are sticking up, old TV's no netflix

Could have done with some TLC. Shower was broken, toilet required 2 flushes to fully flush, and the bath wouldn't drain (mechanism faulty)
