We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandWater from shower sometimes warm then cold. Little bit noisy at times. Lights from outside balcony on all night. Staff said they could turn off. Just forgot too. All good. Id stay again.

ItalyAbout the room: there was mold on the shower, I had to ask to clean it. AC directly on the bed very annoying to feel the cold air on your face while you sleep. Rooms VERY VERY noisy! The hotel is on a street where cars and motorbikes pass all day and all night! Even with earplugs I couldn't sleep well. Ants all over the room floor. No wardrobe or something were to put my luggage. About the staff: very unqualified! Their english is poor and sometimes they smile and agree even if they don't understand what you say. This leads to many annoying misunderstandings. I never got the breakfast of the first day because they didn't understand the time I wanted it. And even after notifying it in the morning, they didn't bring it. I asked to extend my staying for one more night, they confirmed and the day after they told me that nothing was confirmed and by then all rooms were already booked, so I had to find something else last minute.

GermanyThe staff is super nice and helpful. They prepared us breakfast after the dolphin tour even though we were a bit late. The room was very clean and comfortable but the bathroom could have been a bit more tidy! But overall amazing value for money 😍

This was by far our favorite stay in Indonesia. The staff was lovely and kind and they even gifted us with fruits from their home and a free room upgrade because we wanted to stay longer. The spot is very calm and the rooms are very new and clean. I literally have nothing bad to say about this Hotel.
