The villa, garden and its location right on the beach are stunning. The staff were lovely and very attentive. They even prepared a breakfast for us at 4:30am!

Tranquil, stylish and fabulous team. Thank you to manager Kadek. Nothing too much trouble, in house meals were scrumptious and value for money. Services such as in house massages and transport for snorkelling trips were also fantastic. Location a little away from main centre of Amed, however you can easily walk along beach ( quicker) to access restaurants. Some fabulous places to eat just a 5-15 minute stroll away in streets behind Villa.

The access road

Breakfast was excellent every day. We placed our order the day before and it was cooked fresh by Kadek and his friends every morning. The location was ruined a bit by the shocking access road to the front door. It was so pot-holed and flooded that cars could barely drive down it and walking was not possible.

The bed was a little hard for me and it is a little out of town but easy to use a driver to take you anywhere.

The property was lovely, fantastic views especially of Mount Agung from the upper level. Access to the beach for morning walks was good and I loved that the rooms were separate especially when sharing.

A bit remote and further away from the main area of Amed where the shops are than we expected. Walking wasn't an option so transport was necessary.

A beautiful villa in a quiet location. Relaxing, with excellent staff who cooked incredible breakfasts. Staff were very responsive to our needs. The photos don't do justice, it is absolutely stunning with an incredible 'feel'❣️🤍

The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms was not working well. Also both showers lacked pressure or they were clogged.

Beautiful location right in front of the ocean. Outside area with the pool and the second floor with a view was awesome too. Staff was outstanding, friendly and accommodating and cooked great food too!

That I had to leave eventually and return to ordinary life. They spoiled me.

Everything. Perfection. My friend and I spent the first hour giggling in amazement at our good fortune. It could not have been better. It was heaven on earth. The best food we ate in Bali was made by the staff. Kadek took us everywhere and patiently waited for us. He knew all the secrets and where to take us. The ocean roar from our backyard, accessing the beach from the backyard, the neighborhood, the adventures, the villa— absolute perfection. We were in awe the entire time. I shouldn’t be telling you this. I want to keep it for myself. But I owe them this. It was heaven.

Beds and pillows could be more comfortable. Kitchen appliances could do with an upgrade.

The outdoor space was exceptional. Spectacular views and easy access to the beach. The staff were also very lovely! Also breakfast was served beautifully. Thanks Kadek and team!

Amazing villa! Staff are wonderful. Views are beautiful and the Villa was spotless. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast each day was fantastic. Snorkeling right out the front was great too, with a local turtle and a range of fish. Quiet location with some of the best restaurants and cafes very close by.

We loved everything about the property. The villa was beautiful. The grounds were well kept and Edi worked very hard. The little touches like putting the nets over our beds of a night and closing the blinds was lovely. We were well looked after by all staff and it made it hard to leave. We will be back in the future.

It was very hot when we were there and we think some more trees are need to provide shade though the garden is beautiful. This is a personal preference. The villa is quite isolated and it’s not easy to get a taxi. No Grab or Gojek. However there are food options close by.

Beautiful outlook. Excellent villa staff who provide a lovely breakfast and will cook meals at night if you want. Recommend the seafood BBQ. It’s a beautiful property right on the seafront. There’s also a good restaurant about 100 metres up the road fortunately. The upstairs part provides a beautiful 360 degree view of Mount Agung to the sea. You can have breakfast or drinks up there.

We unfortunately had lots of rain which meant walking from the villa was unpleasant and actually impassable by foot during high tide. Also, the sea was very dirty with the heavy rain so would not recommend swimming in the sea at this time and no visibility for snorkelling which was our purpose of staying in Amed. However, we are aware this is just a rainy season issue and could not fault the villa or staff.

Our 3 days at the Villa were perfect and Kadek made everything to make it even more special. The villa has a stunning view and is very well located.

The only thing that could be improved is the access to the pool and ocean. The pool is gorgeous but needs better steps in and out, it was very difficult to get out of. Also, just need one more step at the bottom of the steps that access the beach, the big drop made it difficult to step up and down.

The breakfast was great, it was nice that you could choose what you wanted and at what time. The whole property was extremely well maintained and clean. We loved it!

A bit dated/old and quite outside of town. would have liked a better equipped kitchen and some staples like oil, sugar, seasonings, etc. Not enough to cook a proper meal.

View and gardens were lovely. Spacious bedrooms with big ensuites and a great roof balcony with views of Mt Agung and the sea. Comfortable spaces and good air conditioning throughout to beat the heat. Netflix was a big positive! we happily binged a few shows.

Fantastic locations, and wonderful hosts. Our hosts, Made and Kadek made our experience exceptional and a memorable one. Also Lina the property manager went above and beyond in helping us in a sticky situation even after we have left the property and staying at another place.

The property is in need of some refurbishment. I have stayed here 3 times over 6 years and little appears to be done to the property in that time. The same tired fixtures and fittings, broken tiles and scuffs on the walls.

Lovely, well kept gardens and views of the sea and Agung. Polite and helpful staff.
