It was my second stay in nearly one month. Staff are very helpful and kind. Rooms are wide and comfortable as well as bathrooms. I had the opportunity to do a late (very late) check out paying a 30% of the room cost and it was perfect, so that I could work before going to the airport.

There was nothing we didn’t like but the pool was not for swimming in and there were only 6 beds. You could quibble about its location but lots of street food available close-by and it’s also close to Gambir Station and the National Monument.

From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. Walk through the door, reception staff look up and smile. Arrive in the lift, reception staff look up and smile. Walk past the bar, bar staff look up and smile. Reception helped you fix anything. Free self-service laundry. The hotel was pristine and the room we had was spotless and comfortable with a superb shower. The breakfast was varied and had food to suit all tastes including Indonesian and European. They made omelets as well if you asked. We just loved coming back there. Quiet at night.

Everything was fantastic!! My stay was made even more memorable by the excellent staff at the reception, Sebastian, he gave me great tips and was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the room beautiful with a wonderful view.

They made two flaws the second time around: 1) instead of using the bus (which I had done the other days), I wanted to take a taxi to be fast at dinner. However the staff member didn't look at his reservation and came 45 minutes later to announce that the first taxi had rejected the trip and had called a second taxi. So i would have been faster by bus in the end... 2) on the last moment i got a call whether i wanted to leave the room at check out time or extend my time at the hotel. Which i found a bit annoying, because earlier in the morning i had specifically asked until what time check out was, because i wanted to stay in the room as long a possible until check out time.

As stated in my review from my stay three weeks earlier, this is a good hotel with a nicely designed room and good food at breakfast.

This was a lovely hotel, rooms were spacious and well serviced. Staff were lovely, really helpful, and gave us some dinner recommendations that were top notch! Lovely to have pool access. The national monument and mosque were only a short walk away, so handy for sightseeing

Bfast option was not overly generous. But, a minor issue nevertheless.

Bedroom was clean. Nice British theme across the hotel, looks very pretty too. Bed was v comfortable. At night it was quiet and I had a great rest. Lighting in the hotel was great. Tv channel options were great.

While the location is nice, I feel the area was a bit quiet. No convenience shop on the same road. There is conv store across the big roads btw,

The receptionist ladies were so friendly and very helpful. One of them even approached me the next day to ask where I have been to, how was everything basically. Bed was comfortable, room was clean everytime we asked for housekeeping. Location is quiet but not far from other attractions.

It is a beautiful hotel, gorgeous property. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is very central and close to most tourist spots. Super nice staff. The self service laundry room is great and very convenient. I will def stay here again if I am in Jakarta

It was hard for me to cross roads to get to places from the hotel because of the massive load of traffic.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. I liked the decor of the room and the rest of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was good. Loved the clock in the room! The pepper steak is ordered to the room was delicious!
