Bathroom needs some renovation, the door usually slides over the floor (noisy) Also, in our room the hot and cold water seemed to be inverted (lots of hot water, almost no cold water) making it hard to mix under the shower.

However, the villa itself feels outdated and could use some renovation. We experienced a lot of mosquitoes inside, and the water temperature in the bath was inconsistent — hot at first, then suddenly turning cold, which made it difficult to enjoy a proper bath. For a one-week stay, this wasn’t quite what we were expecting. With some upgrades and better maintenance, this could be a truly wonderful place

The hotel is in a nice spot — away from the busy center of Jakarta, which made it feel more relaxing, yet still very convenient. It’s close to a shopping mall and surrounded by many restaurants, so everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff were also very kind and cooperative throughout our stay

Many mosquitos and water temp in bath cannot be controlled well.

Excellent location near Supermall, Supermarkets and eateries. I stayed in the outdoor Villa, room is beautifully decorated and spacious. Lighting was adequate it for work and leisure. I must mention resto/pub at basement serves up a good steak.

Very nice hotel for family in tangerang. If you want staycation with your family, this is one of the recommended hotel in tangerang for that. They have good swimming pool for children, they have nice playground, they also provide activity for children. This hotel has good gym, sauna room that you can use if you stay at this hotel. The room lighting is quite dark, making it harder to work or do zoom meeting after dark. It will be great if they can change the lighting.

The location is highly strategic, situated close to Supermall Karawaci and various other amenities. The breakfast is good- with the added treat of jamu (traditional herbal drinks) being offered.

One unpleasant experience is that our keycard could not access the room TWICE. when my kids really need to use the bathroom. so have to go to reception. they said because its too close to mobile phone?

Our spacious cabana, looked lovely and inviting from the outside but when we walked in, it was obvious that it needed a deep cleaning (curtains stained, walls dirty etc), and a new paint job. Many of the floor tiles were cracked, chipped or broken and the room just looked tired. There were very few outlets, so charging electronic devices was difficult. The toilet ran most of the time we were there. We didn't bother reporting it as we were only there for 1 night and didn't want to deal with maintenance people in the room or to change rooms. Unfortunate interaction with the front desk staff; we asked to have our credit card charged in local currency vs US dollars and they said they did so but the printout reflected differently and we could not get them to change the billing. Our dinner bill was processed as we asked in local currency with no problem. We wanted to sit outside in the open air dining, but there was a nearby race track with squealing tires that interfered with having a dinner conversation or relaxing. Not our best experience overall.

Nice location and setting, away from the busier center of Jakarta, easy freeway access to and from the airport. Main lobby and dining areas inviting, clean and well kept. Great Bento box dinner and nice wine selection. Lots of amenities for recreation, which we didn't have time to take advantage of.

As the villas/bungalows have wooden door frames, which do not fit tightly, you can be visited by lizards, gekos, and small ants. Little disconcerting in the middle of the night with the lizards. The rest of our party stayed inside the hotel so did not have this issue. You also need to apply insect spray whenever you are outside - night or day. As the outside stair case has marble steps it's very slippery when it rains. My wife slipped on the last step injuring her back. Staff ensured the steps were immediately dried but it could have been such different story if she had hit her head.

The location was picturesque and the wedding we attended was on the linked golf course club house. This was very well organised and the food was excellent. The hotel breakfast buffet is authentically Indonesian with limited European fare. Be aware that beer is around the same price as the UK, but wine was over £20. The local shopping mall across from the hotel has a huge food forecourt where food is incredibly good value and very tasty.
