SingaporeThere was some mix-up over the delivery of our shopping packages at the hotel counter. We were told no other items arrived (i.e. 1 batch out if 2 batches). We had to trouble the shop to send their staff to the hotel recep (as they claimed they delivered it the day before) and take photos of the items at the counter. When we arrived back at the hotel and asked for our packages, the hotel staff took out a different one without asking us what items we were looking for. Our room details were attached to the packages but the hotel staff did not check.
The rooms were big and comfortable. Location is also good. The service was warm and friendly.

SingaporeAs hotel is situated behind some shophouses, it can be quite dark at night to walk along the back lanes back to the hotel. We booked the studio rooms thinking that interconnecting rooms were available ( I was travelling with 2 kids and my elderly mum) but we did not know that a top-up was required for this option. It was only mentioned during check-in that a fee was required.
Hotel was clean and relatively new. Easy access to the Grand Batam Mall by walking for 5 mins. Housekeeping staff was friendly and provided a little bottle of Lavender Spray in the room for their “Sleep Better” initiative. There was complimentary mini bar as well!
