There was some mix-up over the delivery of our shopping packages at the hotel counter. We were told no other items arrived (i.e. 1 batch out if 2 batches). We had to trouble the shop to send their staff to the hotel recep (as they claimed they delivered it the day before) and take photos of the items at the counter. When we arrived back at the hotel and asked for our packages, the hotel staff took out a different one without asking us what items we were looking for. Our room details were attached to the packages but the hotel staff did not check.

The rooms were big and comfortable. Location is also good. The service was warm and friendly.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! The room is clean, and the bathroom is bigger than I expected. Definitely coming back and walkable distance to grand batam mall and A2 food court.

My wife complained that the pillow smelled of oil based hair cream. Our room was 621 on night of 24th June. There was no kettle to boil water. Would be good to provide.

The arty vibe of this boutique hotel..just withing walking distance from the mall.Complementry snacks like chocolate and chips beside the two drinking water is a bonus. breakfast is awesome as well.

As hotel is situated behind some shophouses, it can be quite dark at night to walk along the back lanes back to the hotel. We booked the studio rooms thinking that interconnecting rooms were available ( I was travelling with 2 kids and my elderly mum) but we did not know that a top-up was required for this option. It was only mentioned during check-in that a fee was required.

Hotel was clean and relatively new. Easy access to the Grand Batam Mall by walking for 5 mins. Housekeeping staff was friendly and provided a little bottle of Lavender Spray in the room for their “Sleep Better” initiative. There was complimentary mini bar as well!

Hairdryer doesn't look safe to use, air condition is not working properly - was warm throughout the night, not just my room but my parents room.

Breakfast was good, had quite a variety of choices - more than expected.

Sun rays penetrated into “Eatspace” during the breakfast hours in the morning making almost half of the seating places in the sun rays and heat. With global warming, perhaps can install light curtains or shades to create a cooler and comfortable eating environment.

The toilet door clasp was flimsy for my room it accidentally locked by itself when the door was closed hard. Need to get help. other than that - check in was smooth- band was great.

Crossing the two busy road to the other side of the road is quite tricky without the help of the traffic warden.

My coffee capsule doesn't taste good because of the machine is poor quality. Illumination in the room should be brighter or more lights especially in the bathroom.
