Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Really cute bungalows, just what I needed before my Komodo sailing trip. The people who own it are lovely too, I had a lovely chat with the gentleman who owns it and his wife made the best beef redang I've had in my life !! I think it's really important to support families running their own business and I'd advise anybody who needs Robbie near the port to stay here

United KingdomThe aircon in the room needs looking at as it isn't very cold at all, it does have a strong fan in the room but we also like a cold aircon. Apart from that we couldn't recommend this place enough and when we come back to Lombok we will definitely be staying here again, thank you so much for the stay.
This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the ferry pier which is a great location. The family that own this hotel are lovely and love to chat with guests and do all they can to help. The facilities are brilliant, they have outdoor shower to rinse off dirt/sand, laundry service (genuinely the best laundry service we've had the whole of Asia, press folded and best price too), they have a company who supplies mopeds who arrive in minutes who we got a great deal off. We didn't use the restaurant but it does have food available too. The room we were in was spacious and clean, the bed was okay. And they have a powerful fan in the room which we like too. There wasn't a lot of road noise at night time too.

United StatesNo mirror in bathroom, bed had springs poking me, no AC but I knew that from the beginning, wall plugs were really loose and I struggled to get my charger to stay connected, had to prop it up. Bedroom had glass block windows with no curtains so it gets bright as soon as the sun comes up.
Clean, great location, good price, wifi worked great, minimal noise, felt very private.

AustraliaThe place is a bit old, and the paper on the walls is coming out. The shower didn't have that much pressure. It's not possible to pay by card.
The food was good. It's one of the few places that gives you 2 options for breakfast, although it could be bigger. Air conditioning was also very good. The owner is very friendly and talkative.
