Shower pressure isn't the best but we can't have it all

Really cute bungalows, just what I needed before my Komodo sailing trip. The people who own it are lovely too, I had a lovely chat with the gentleman who owns it and his wife made the best beef redang I've had in my life !! I think it's really important to support families running their own business and I'd advise anybody who needs Robbie near the port to stay here

- 10 min (800 mt) from Harobour to get the ferry to the Gili - friendly owner - very responsive staff to help and manage our arrival (our flight was 2.5h delayed)

Friendly owner, we arrived very late but she was very kind to wait for us. Perfect position since you can easily walk to the harbour.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had to move my booking twice and they were absolutely OK doing this. Good location close to the harbour, clean room with air con and fan. Enjoyed breakfast too.

The aircon in the room needs looking at as it isn't very cold at all, it does have a strong fan in the room but we also like a cold aircon. Apart from that we couldn't recommend this place enough and when we come back to Lombok we will definitely be staying here again, thank you so much for the stay.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the ferry pier which is a great location. The family that own this hotel are lovely and love to chat with guests and do all they can to help. The facilities are brilliant, they have outdoor shower to rinse off dirt/sand, laundry service (genuinely the best laundry service we've had the whole of Asia, press folded and best price too), they have a company who supplies mopeds who arrive in minutes who we got a great deal off. We didn't use the restaurant but it does have food available too. The room we were in was spacious and clean, the bed was okay. And they have a powerful fan in the room which we like too. There wasn't a lot of road noise at night time too.

We booked a couple of nights here but unfortunately my friends got ill so instead we ended up booking a villa so my friends could relax around the pool all together to recover from sickness. So unfortunately we ended up leaving so we cannot really comment much on the stay except the owners are lovely people and we wish them the best

I had a very comfortable room. The location between shops and the port area makes it a quiet place to stay if you are catching a ferry.

No hot water in the shower and one of the nights frogs from the nearby rice field were quite loud.

Location close to the harbor is great. The room I stayed in was modest, but that was expected. Everything was clean, good value for the money.

No mirror in bathroom, bed had springs poking me, no AC but I knew that from the beginning, wall plugs were really loose and I struggled to get my charger to stay connected, had to prop it up. Bedroom had glass block windows with no curtains so it gets bright as soon as the sun comes up.

Clean, great location, good price, wifi worked great, minimal noise, felt very private.

Great little place with about 3 or 4 bungalows Very friendly family managing the place with lots of knowledge and good englisch skills. The owner speaks many languages The bungalows are rather small but very enjoyable.

The place is a bit old, and the paper on the walls is coming out. The shower didn't have that much pressure. It's not possible to pay by card.

The food was good. It's one of the few places that gives you 2 options for breakfast, although it could be bigger. Air conditioning was also very good. The owner is very friendly and talkative.
