There was a huge swell the day we were there and some of the waves were crashing over the restaurant area. Also, the only sun loungers available at the pool, even to guests, come with a minimum spend requirement to use. Not ideal as a guest if your just wanting some relaxing time by the pool to read etc.

It was quite difficult to communicate with the staff, and I think they could benefit from more training. The welcome wasn’t as warm as what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. The garden also needs more attention, as many of the plants were completely dried out. Overall, the cleanliness definitely has room for improvement.

The view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking—I’ve never seen anything like it. The tents are quite comfortable, though it can get a bit humid at night. I also really enjoyed the breakfast and the infinity pool.

The lunch / dinner food felt a bit average in comparison to the rest of the experience. I still had a good meal, but it is not of the same quality as the rest. The breakfast was delicious.

This is one of the most stunning places I have ever stayed. Everything was just spectacular. The island is very special, the hotel rooms are beautifully decorated and include thoughtful touches like moisturiser / after sun / sunscreen etc. The breakfast was great, the pool breathtaking, staff very friendly and helpful.

The food. We had both breakfast & dinner there. Dinner was okay just. Breakfast tho - I was shocked. Even something as simple as toast was somehow below standard. Cold coffee. The best place to eat in thst area is Klyf Club. I think Arna could take some tips from there on how to make good food.

Everything. Just perfect! The location, the staff, the rooms. Cannot fault the execution and how well they’ve designed the tents. I wouldn’t even call it tents to be honest. The views from each room are stunning and the small things really make a difference like sunscreen, after sun cream, free mini bar snacks & drinks. Just perfect.

Everything is pretty good. The range of options (e.g. no breakbasket), quality and availability (sorry, xyz is not available today) of breakfast could be improve slightly to bring it up to the same 10/10 standard of the rest of the resort.

The location is stunning. Probably the most spectacular place I have ever stayed. The views from our veranda over a stormy coastline were mesmerising.

Our tent was absolutely stunning. We only stayed one night and were disappointed it wasn’t longer. It was excellently equipped and extremely comfortable. We could hear the sound of the waves which was lovely and soothing. The pool area is incredible too - a beautiful view overlooking the nearby cliffs and lagoons. There is nothing we’d change about our visit here. Staff were all lovely and extremely accommodating.

The shuttle bus did not arrive at the Yellow Bridge as advertised when we were checking in, which was frustrating. The breakfast is SO delicious, and the staff are great, but the food is incredibly slow as they allow people to order as much as they want.

Arna was brilliant - so nice to have a couple of nights in the quiet. The tents themselves are 10/10. So comfortable and stunning. Definitely worth paying extra to get the lagoon view. It's amazing. Staff were great -particularly Ahmed and Nea. The pool and restaurant was such a fun/delicious way to end the day watching the sunset.

Loved the “tent” accomodation- something a bit different and it’s all high end. We had a lagoon view room - and could watch some waves crashing on the rocks which was good - they do get afternoon sun so tent can warm up a bit- restaurant was good - breakfast was good - both just a little short of great- pool area is awesome but beware that a lot of visitors book the pool chairs and guests need to book as well and pay a fee that you can then use for food and drink - from memory around $100-

The food standard should be better at a place like this. In a place like Indonesia, the flavours should be incredible, here it was bland at best. A lot of fried food, wagu beef pasta that was too sweet in sauce, overcooked pasta with 3 dry pieces of meat. The only food that was good was the fish taco, the rest needs to be looked at in terms of flavour and how its cooked.

The location is incredible. Beautiful interior and the Ocean view suite was great. Loved hearing the crashing of the waves at night. The pool area was gorgeous, drinks great, sunset amazing. We stayed two nights. Did a private snorkling tour where we saw sea turtles and a lot of beautiful fish.

Everything was incredible! The accommodation had the best views and was very comfortable. My favourite part was the service. Everyone was so friendly, kind, warming and we made friends with a lot of the staff. I couldn’t recommend this place any more!!! It is worth every moment and it’s truely an experience.

While the food was delicious we would like to have seen simple plain grilled fresh fish on the menu.

Loved everything about it. Gorgeous glamp tents looking out over the sea, we loved listening to the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks below. Staff were fantastic and helpful and thoughtful (amazing happy birthday room decor for our daughter on arrival). Food and drinks great, particularly breakfast. Infinity pool looks out over the sea is stunning.

What I found very annoying is that you could not sit by the pool unless you paid to do so and you have a time limit. So front row was $100 (which included food, drinks), second row was $50 (which included food, drinks). I have never had to pay to use a resort pool in a 5 star property so was disappointed in that.

The breakfast location was scenic and the atmosphere was great. Only criticism I had was that there was no Indonesian breakfast option on menu.

Definitely signs to stop people walking down next to our bungalow. We had people every day standing next to our bungalow taking photos which I didn’t like for our privacy

Arna was amazing we absolutely loved it. My suggestion is to have signs to stop people walking down beside your bungalow as that impacted privacy and the service could have been better at the restaurant.

Being advised immediately on check in that as a paying guest, we still had to pay for loungers by the pool. This should not be an additional cost for paying guests - and I appreciate there is no charge before 12.00.

Staff were excellent - special note to Ari (Arriana Grande😊) who provided such a lovely attentive service for dinner. There were some elements where the occasional “in training” was evident - but nothing to distract from great attentive service. Breakfast if excellent, but maybe less carb and more fresh fruit and good granola etc. Dinner was excellent. Rooms are cool. Rooms and grounds always immaculately clean
