There are no windows (aside from the door into the room) so it can feel quite stuffy.

The staff were very friendly and they cleaned the room daily which was great, brekky was nice too. Location is awesome!

The only bad thing about the rooms in the second floor, is that the steps are really steep to go up and down, so for old people is really uncomfortable.

The location is incredible close to everything. The family who runs the hotel is super friendly and help you with everything, eralier breakfats if you requested. The rooms are really spacious, with a.c., fridge, wifi, balcony and hot water. We stayed in a room for three people and the beds were very confortable.

Compared to similar places in ubud the price is a bit high, but it was a good stay anyways! :)

Beautiful room in Ubud. The room itself has a good size, clean, modern, comfy bed. Cool bathroom and ammenities. Good breakfast and staff. Our flight was cancelled and we had to reschedule and they were super helpful on the process.

Location is key! You'll find this place within the heart of the city. Close to all major markets LITERALLY, as soon as you walk out the door your in the markets. Nice touch if you want to stay amongst the vibe of the city. Room was very spacious with a modern bathroom.

Big problem was that the listing says the property has car parking but IT DOESN'T. This caused a real problem because one of our party has issues with walking and the property was chosen on the basis of supposed availability of car parking There were also issues at check-in because they couldn't find our reservation for some time (it had been booked several days prior). There was a hole in the bed sheet.

Location is good for access to markets etc and there is a good variety of places to eat and drink nearby. Staff were pleasant.

The bathroom dirty, stains in the toilet bowl, walls or mosaic. Have ants in the area of sink. No tumbler only have cup. The pool also looks dirty. The place quite difficult to get by vehicles. Needs to walk.

Awesome breakfast. Lovely attentive but not at all intrusive staff. Feeling of staying with a family. Great aircon. Large room. Spacious bathroom. Away from the house of Ubud and yet in the middle of it all.

Unfortunately, the Deluxe Double Room (lower level) smelt moldy as there were no windows that could be opened to air out the dampness. Best to stay in one of the upstairs rooms. The shower was terrible (either scalding hot or freezing cold) which we reported to the owner. No amenities such as cups/kettle/fridge are available in the room - these could however be accessed from the 24 hour outdoor kitchen.

We loved the ambiance this place has - the true Balinese feel! The banana pancakes for breakfast were AMAZING, especially eaten near the pool. The location is exceptional, very close to art markets, shops, and Saraswati Temple. Laundry service was quick and efficient. The host is very welcoming and approachable.
