MalaysiaParts of the hotel felt a little old / aged. The towels in our room were a bit worn and brown. The edges of the towel were frayed. In my daughters' room, there was no hot water even after they asked for help. There was a slight divot at the floor of the lift, that was used to go up to our rooms. All these little things should be looked into.
Location, location, location. It was excellent. We loved that the hotel was close to Hokky, the Komugi Bakery and Tunjungan Plaza. Generally, the staff was great. Overall, in terms of the conditions, the hotel was fine. We appreciated that fact that the hotel staff help us secure our luggage that we had inadvertently left behind for our taxi driver to pick up to the airport. Thank you.

United KingdomThe bathroom was clean enough however could do with some work; there was mould visible in the bathroom grout in the shower and a fair amount of discolouration around the sink. Nothing major, but not quite the 4-star standard it purports to be. Note additionally that there’s a 200k rp deposit that is paid (and later returned) during check in and check out.
Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff. This was lovely choice to spend some downtime between travels, with AC, television and WiFi working well. Excellent blackout curtains too, I might add. Walkable to nearby shopping malls.

The only hotel that I could find that could provide family room with 3 single beds. Room is spacious. Not far from Gubeng train stasiun, around 10 minutes. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Bakso Malang Cak Man and Cwi Mie are walking distant from the hotel.
