Property all looked good but the doors and beams in the property were all low. I’m not tall and bumped my head several times. Location was great near the sunset beach.

We loved the villa with private pool, having so much space which was laid out well. The staff were excellent and made us feel very welcome. They were very helpful with organising a brilliant snorkel trip and onwards transfer to Bali.

Like - The staff we very friendly and wanted to help as much as they could. Breakfast was always delicious, the accomodations was lovely. Dislike - The stairs down to the bathroom are very steep and the bathroom floor gets very slippery when wet so I couldn't let my toddler use the toilet solo she always had to be with an adult. A few places could do with just an extra deep clean but it was ok. The path outside the accommodation is a bit overgrown in places and doesn't have a nice feeling about it but that has nothing to do with the property. The shower wasn't up to much. You can tell they are really trying to do more and updo the area.

The bungalow I slept in was enormous, two beds and a huge bathroom. Everything was built properly as in the good old times. The bungalows has dark curtains which is very rare to find. included breakfast was super!

This place was on the quieter side of the island but still was close to restaurants/bars. We loved our stay, it was clean and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast was so good. I would definitely stay again

The villa was very dark and the mozzie nets needed repair/replacement.

Hosts were friendly and there was a very relaxed atmosphere. Good value for money if you are looking for a budget-friendly option. Generous breakfast!

Our bathroom

This place was nice and clean. And it is definitely value for money… staff was so kind and helpful. We had house nr. 1 which didn’t have a touch up like the others. That was the only negative thing because the bathroom was a bit unclean. But all the other rooms was nice clean and nothing to complain about. We saw the others rooms and we where traveling in a group, so that is why we know… To sum up, this place is really value for money.

There is a steep staircase to the bathroom, which can be tricky if you have young children. This may not be the case in every room. One of the other rooms was directly facing the bar/common area, which may bother some in terms of privacy.

We like that there are only 6 rooms and the hotel feels cosy and homely. The family room was spacious and clean, and the traditional style gives it charm. There is a very good breakfast. The staff are so friendly and helpful - while our kids watched TV at the bar, they cut them fruit and gave them drinks without being asked, which was so sweet. Good location in a quiet area.

The Ardi Beltza we would say is a more simple place and the facilities are a bit worn. However, we must say that this is the place that we felt the most welcome and at home throughout our entire trip. The place is very, very cozy, relaxed and laid back. The staff is truley amazing in every thinkable way! The very highest rating to the staff! And to the spanish owner as well who was very friendly! The breakfast was really great as well! A very, very priceworthy place!

Few bugs and things in the room here and there but that’s to be expected. Mosquito net helped to stop them.

Room was nice and comfy, shower room was nice. The highlight was the staff - they were so nice, welcoming and helpful. My partner was sick for a few days and they made her a ginger tea at 10pm. The next morning they immediately asked how she was.

I actually didn’t want to write anything negative as we had such a great time but the air con was really struggling in the October heat in our bungalow and our kids found it a bit uncomfortable to cool down. Also, just a heads up, you absolutely have to get a horse and cart to the property which will send you back 200k. The property is on the northern part of Gili Air. We hired bikes to get around which was perfect - the boys organised and we had a great time exploring the island this way!

We loved our stay at Ardi Beltza. Location is a short walk down a sandy path to the best beachside restaurants and sunset views. The boys were always available to help our big family and constantly cleaning the property. We are a family of 6 and they accommodated us with an extra bed. Breakfast was always tasty and juices were incredible! We have young kids so the boys booked us the private snorkelling trip (150k per person) - this was hands down our most favourite part of our trip! This is exceptional value for money if you are doing a trip on a budget!

The bungalow is a little dark and the bathroom can be better described as a wet room. But for this price you cannot complain.

Great place on Gili air! You pay the price of a single bunk bed in Europe for a 2 person hut with amazing breakfast. These men work hard to make you feel at home. Definitely recommend the snorkel tour. It is very close to the north coast; which we actually really enjoyed: it is super quiet but plenty of beach facilities and cafes.

Was very hard to keep clean in the property - not necessarily the fault of the property, but Gili Air is quite dusty:has a lot of dirt so the floors of the property would collect dirt easily.

Lovely friendly staff, great br fast, fantastic location. Pool was nice.
