Our only area for improvement would be to put some light on the pathway to the house. It was just very dark to walk at night.

Everything. It was excellent. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The rooms were more than we could’ve asked for. Location was excellent, close to the centre (15min walk to Main Street). In particular, the host Maria, was amazing. Responds quickly and really helpful.

It’s quite a long walk from the villa to the supermarket (2.5km), so you really need to go there by car before you arrive. We really enjoyed the tropical fruit that was left for us, but it would have been great to have some coffee and tea provided.

The villa is fabulous and I really can’t think of anything they could improve on. Communication prior to arrival was good, with clear instructions about where to meet their staff to have our bags transported by motorbike. When we arrived at the central car park, a staff member was there very quickly to help us. The villa is beautiful, with lots of room and very nice furnishings. The setting was absolutely magical: it’s surrounded by beautiful rice terraces and was very peaceful and relaxing. The walk to the centre of town was only 600m and on a solid concrete path. There were excellent warungs (restaurants) only a few hundred metres from the villa. It was great having filtered water available so we didn’t have to keep buying water.

Location was fantastic, close to Ubud centre but far enough away to feel the bliss of Ubud. No car access so either walk or Gojek scooter up the hill. Facilities were great and host is amazing and very helpful 😀

The only downside was a brief water disruption—the supply suddenly stopped. However, the owner responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly. Everything was back to normal, and everyone was happy again.

Everything was exactly as described on Booking.com. The place was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. You’ll need to park your vehicle at the designated parking area and walk to the villa, but no worries—they’ll carry your luggage by motorcycle. The villa is beautifully located in the middle of the paddy fields, offering such a serene view. It has a cozy little living area perfect for watching TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and complete utensils. The rooms are comfortable—my children felt right at home, and the bunk bed was a wonderful touch. The master bedroom was also lovely and cozy. The outdoor pool was perfect for cooling off under the hot Ubud sun. Although there were some mosquitoes, the owner thoughtfully provided mosquito repellents. Location was in a quiet area but still close to all the action of Ubud. Pool was a bonus to cool down. Washing machine really useful.

Although the location is walking distance to central Ubud, the car cannot get to the villa directly and we had to rely on staff’s motorbike with our luggage. No big deal and it was adventure for our kids to go on a motorbike.

We loved this beautiful villa! Great communication with the host. The place is clean and spacious. Kids loved the bunk beds and two bathrooms for a big family.

Absolutely loved our stay at Ardea, the neighbourhood was quiet and pieceful. Maria and the team were very helpful with whatever we needed. Plus extras for bug repellent. The beds were clean and comfortable with extra towels and bonus washing machine. Definitely the best accommodation out of the 3 we have had in Bali (Aotearoa NZ)

I most enjoyed how easy our stay was with having everything we needed. I loved returning from a busy day looking over the rice fields with a quiet and peaceful area to relax.

This is an awesome villa. Provided salt pepper and washing machine with detergent. Maria was lovely and very helpful. We could do our own cooking. Nice pool, modern bathrooms and comfy beds. We loved it and would stay again

Nearest road where cars can go is 5-10 minutes walking on a very narrow trail. With suitcases it wasn't so easy. Make sure to ask in advance (I didn't, and regretted after arriving) for staff team to help you carry suitcases on their motorbike.

Amazing villa close to Ubud center (15 min walk). Maria is a great and very responsive host. She replied promptly to all of our questions. Really nice clean (but small) pool.

We loved the outdoor kitchen and the pool. The location was walking distance to restaurants and markets. Maria, our host, was friendly and flexible after our flight was delayed in we checked in after midnight.

Nothing actually, but it would be great to have some lights on the private way to the Villa :) because it was a total darkness at night when we were coming back from the center

The Villa was beautiful, which was located between two other villas. It was very clean, modern and specious. The pool was private and clean. The owner was very nice and polite. She helped us with the check in/out and the luggage. Location was great, it was just a 15 min walking to the center. Few restaurants available on the way and next to the Villa. Room service/ cleaning was included. I really recommend this property in Ubud. :) 10/10

There is nothing that you couldn’t fault this property.

Maria, the hostess was wonderful. She could not do enough for us. The villa was lovely and clean and the pool was cool and clear. This villa was perfect for a family stay in a very busy town, quite Relaxing with everything you need supplied. We would recommend this property to everybody.

Only cons was the fact that the car cannot directly go the villa, you need to go by foot or a scooter for around 500 meters which can be annoying sometimes as the path is very narrow.

Villa was very clean and nice. Hosts were very welcoming, supportive and accommodating.
