Bit of a trek up massive steps to get from the rooms to the pool/bar area. Not a big deal for a short stay though.

Rooms were really nice, pool lovely, good bar/restaurant area. We didn’t try the dinner but breakfast pancakes and juice were good.

There was too much mould on the high ceiling in our room. The door was quite hard to open and close. No bedside lamp. The food was average. Breakfast was generous serves and very bland but but sometimes that’s good. The most expensive beer I have ever seen on the menu anywhere in Lombok or Bali $8 big Bintang plus tax.

The view up on the mountain from the restaurant was lovely. Monkeys in the trees. The swimming pool was beautiful and big. The bathroom was lovely and big and the bed was comfortable. You do need transport if you choose to stay here.

There was a low electricity current in the room which meant it was slow to charge things, the fridge and AC didn't work as well as they could have...not sure what you can do about that though! A net over the bed would have been a welcome addition to protect us from the Gecko cries at night! 😂

We loved our little bungalow and extended our stay by a couple of days... The staff were SO HELPFUL, one of our bikes we rented broke, they came and helped, we had a room with two huge Geckos in (which really freak me out), they moved rooms for us, we had a wasp nest outside our room, they dealt with it straight away, honestly the nicest people. The pool area was amazing, the views were amazing, we loved that we were a little bit out of the way of the action and honestly it's no problem when you have a bike - Selong Belanak is a 10-min drive away, and Kuta is a 25-min drive It was nice to be on a hill too, much cooler at nighttime!

First and foremost, the staff are by far the sweetes and most happy people to welcome and host you throughout your stay. The facility is absolutely wonderful. A massive pool overlooking the entire valley. Perfect for sunset. Loved ever bit of it. Very big and comfortable bed. The rooms were perfectly sized with lots of storage. Good and strong AC. Definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

In the middle of nowhere. So if you run short on gas or cash you are stuck. Slightly overpriced perhaps for the location. The bathroom doors are bowed and do not close. Front sliding doors no longer slide freely and need lifting and dragging. Small things but you notice them.

Nice hilltop location overlooking the forest and ocean in the distance. Tidy room, good bed, nice open ceiling marble hot water shower and separate toilet. Towels, toothbrush, water provided. Nice bike bed. clean sheets. Air con and curtains good. Easy parking and good restaurant on site. Staff helpful. Nice clean pool.

Nice hotel just need mentenance and clean the pool ,badroom,event down the room for clients stay more 1 night , give the stuff education how to work hôtellerie, if the room is clean foreigners they will comeback again.

Some of the rooms needs some upgrades. And whatever you do don’t book the superior room. It’s located slightly off the property down the hill, and right in front of the main road.

Breakfast was decent, typical Indonesian breakfast. The staffs was amazing very Friendly, Fikri was the guy who did a great job making sure that our stay was amazing. The infinity pool overlooking mountains was amazing. We had a great time chilling at the pool.

There was no hot water when we came, we texted the staff and they responded only in the morning, so we didn’t have any hot shower in the evening. No Internet in our room. they give us some WiFi password but it didn’t work

Loved the location, the great comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Fantastic infinity swimming pool with great view over the bay. Monkeys wandering, cute cat. Staff are very lovely & helpful. The dinner was one of the tastiest of my whole week!!

The locations is absolutely fantastic! You have a beautiful view. Rooms are nice and clean and staff is super friendly.

Great hotel near Selong Balanak beach. Houses have a great view, rooms were clean, AC worked great and the staff is very friendly as well! Owner is also very nice :) They also got us a Scooter to rent.

When we arrived, we were disappointed about how dirty it was, it looked like the bathroom hadnt been cleaned, pee stains and hair on the toilet, toothpaste stains on the sink. We asked for another room and yet again the bathroom was a mess. We also showed them the state of the fridge, it was not good, the ashtrays also had not been emptied. We expressed our frustration to the manager and he informed us we could not get a refund. Instead the staff came and scrubbed the bathroom for 30 minutes. We asked for a discount on the motorbike rental and after a long discussion with the manager, we agreed to a 100,000 Rupiah discount (in our eyes, not good enough). We decided not to eat from the restaurant so we cannot comment on that.

The view is fantastic, the pool was very nice after a long day. It is very quiet so it felt very private.
