Perfect Holiday and Family Stay in Amed.

The plumbing in the bathrooms could do with some maintenance, water pressure in and out could be faster. Otherwise, everything is perfect!!

The location, the staff and the villa layout is very well planned with a sea view for all. The garden and pool is very nicely done and relaxing to just be around. Must stay here if you are in Amed. Plus, you can get out of the room and go right into the water to snorkel in the clear water .. Lots of good snorkeling points around and you can never get enough of Amed !

Msg in the food but once we discovered that, they were happy to leave it out for our meals.

Absolutely loved every moment. Small, intimate, quiet, relaxed spot right on the water edge. Great staff, great snorkeling right of the beach, extremely cozy and comfortable beds, great indoor and outdoor bathroom. Cute little restaurant right by the water. Great meals just let them know if you don’t want them to add msg!

    Eveeything was ok.

The villaa were very nice and in front of the sea, not in the center of Amed. Private taxi could be provided. Breakfast and dinner were also good. Helpful staff.

Food was just ok and apart from 1 very good restaurant around the corner, the rest were taxi rides

Right on beach, rooms large and comfortable. Double room with twin beds had 2 mattresses on the floor in mezzanine which can be hot, but good enough for young family. Manager went above and beyond.

Wifi didn't work from our room, we had to go to the restaurant.

The staff met us at the car, welcomed us and took us straight to our room. The place was right on the beach. If you want a lovely place to stay, that's right on the beach, you can't ask for better. The prices at the restaurant were ok, but if you want to go for a walk there are other options as well.

Taxis are expensive, we were charged 100,000rp per trip to get into Amed. The staff were friendly but all felt very young with only one speaking English. They tried to be attentive and the cleaning etc was excellent, but it would have been helpful to be able to discuss or get some advice on the area etc. The food was a bit mixed but some meals were delicious.

This is a beautiful setting right by the sea. The villas are clean and the beds comfy and the Aircon worked well. It is away from the main area of Amed but there are plenty of restaurants and shops and spas within walking distance. The staff were helpful. You can request laundry to be done and the breakfast was very tasty and ample. Pool was lovely! Hot water worked well. On the whole we really loved our stay and would come back. Very family friendly and felt very safe! No water machine but they did give us bottled water every day. The coffee shop attached to it is excellent.

We felt a bit isolated. It's dangerous to walk out in the dark.

The location is lovely right on the waterfront. The Villas are traditional but thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable. The staff are lovely. Nice pool and we ate in the evenings and the food was pretty good. peaceful and tranquil.

Wifi was not offered as paid, but it was really bad. Having 2 teens and bad wifi was a nightmare :))) Also the TV in the villa has not HDMI connection for your own devices.

Right on the beach where you can go and snorkel. We even saw turtles and one dolphin right in front of us. Great facilities that are well looked after. We stayed at the 3 bedroom villa and it was luxurious. The pool is really big and was great enjoyment. We happened to be the only guests there as low season considered to be mid January. If not for the wifi, it would be 10.

The room where I stayed (at the back) has a very poor wifi connection. I managed to stay online by tethering from my own phone. Too many staff and they seem not so productive. Hang out alot like all day near the restaurant area. Breakfast quality varied a lot. Once my banana pancake was so thin and good, another time it's too thick and uncooked.

I like the location as it is right in front of the snorkeling spot and near shops and restos that I like.

It’s a bit of a hike to the ‘happening’ places so you need to rent a scooter or get a taxi. Be sure to barter on the taxi price or you’ll be overcharged.

This property is right on the beach, with excellent snorkelling straight out the front. Make sure you take water/reef shoes to walk over the volcanic rocks and into the water. The villa was huge and the beds are VERY comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating, keeping the grounds and our room clean. There are some warungs to the left of the property that are delicious and cheap local food. We would definitely stay here again.

Never any ice, so no cold drinks except beer and cool drinks. Issues met with a lovely smile not a solution. Privacy ignored. Caught out naked in our rooms twice-very disconcerting for anyone let alone a 68year old! Just a query “hello “ and walk straight in, no waiting.

Captivating view. Fish chasing fish all day, fishing boats in and out all day, tourists navigating the rocky sure. Excellent restaurant 70m’s up the road, Galanga. Staff friendly.

For reference there are shacks on the beach at either end of the complex where locals arrange snorkeling, fishing and sunset tours. Boats leave from the beach and use motors to pull them back onto the beach, so there can be some noise. We travelled with friends and between us did four tours with them on the trimarans. Taxi prices are really high for local trips if you don't want to walk the 3km to Lipiah beach or the more lively part of Amed. Cons: hot water takes minutes to come through the shower (not that it's really necessary), and my bed sheet ripped.

I was in the private villa, which was lovely. The grounds are beautiful and right on Amed beach, which is a pebble beach and lined with fishing boats. The restaurant has nice food and staff are friendly and helpful. There is good snorkeling right off the beach. The complex's pool is nice and the villa's infinity pool is great and overlooks the beach.

The restaurant had specials that were never available 😀. The mosquito nets need replacing.

Great location, awesome snorkeling off the beach. It is a more basic accommodation, with no mod cons people may expect from Bali resorts, but it was very comfortable.
