    Pulizia dei sanitari (incrostazioni) non adeguata a un hotel 5 stelle.

    Lo staff non è adeguato rispetto ad una struttura che pretende di essere un hotel a 5 stelle.

    - gentilezza del personale - tranquillità ed essere lontani dal caos del centro di Ubud

    - La struttura non è all’altezza di un 5 stelle. - Prima camera assegnata sporca (divano e vetri), balcone piccolo e spoglio. - Spa e bar della piscina non ancora aperti. - Piscina con assenza di sdraio (solo 2 sandbag). - Jacuzzi comune sporca. - Clientela non adeguata a un hotel di lusso (es. ospite in piscina in intimo). - Bicchieri di vetro lasciati sul bordo piscina, non ritirati dal personale. - Colazione discreta ma non da 5 stelle. - Arredamento in camera minimale: pochi appendiabiti, nessun armadio chiuso o cassetti. - Mancanza di bicchieri per usufruire delle bibite del minibar. - mancanza di uno stendino sul balcone per far asciugare i costumi ed i teli bagnati - ambiente freddo ed impersonale, potrebbe essere un hotel di qualsiasi grande metropoli, non sembra di essere all’interno della foresta di Ubud.

    albergo è in un buona posizione sulla via centrale , colazione soddisfacente nulla più. lo staff va diviso in due, una parte riesce ad interagire mentre l altra seppur sorridente e disponibile non è professionale. camera enorme nulla da dire, pulita , vasca idromassaggio sulla terrazza, immerso nella vegetazione. Diciamo che il rapporto prezzo qualità servizio è buonissimo; se invece si cercano servizi top forse è meglio soprassedere, tutto si può dire ma siamo lontanissimi da un servizio 5stars nel complesso. E' solo una questione organizzativa perchè la struttura c'è...

    il massaggio è stato non più che sufficiente, la spa sembra disabitata, ho avuto la sensazione che tutti i servizi siano appaltati all'esterno a chiamata... ovviamente non arrivano professionisti adeguati. pulizia non il massimo. Serve un vero hotel manager europeo, si sente la mancanza... intorno si vede solo impegno e sorrisi ma non bastano.
