The breakfast menu was not particularly suited to our (English) tastes. Room privacy for ground floor rooms somewhat limited.

Fairly quiet location but close to the beach and short walk to the shopping centre. Good size rooms with easy access to the pool which was clean and pleasant temperature. Staff were helpful and friendly and all necessary amenities to hand.

Fantastic location, with a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are big and luxurious (comfortable beds and a nice balcony).. The pool is nice and the massage salon (next to the pool) is a must! The locals make you feel at home. We will be back!

The grounds/pool area is a little outdated, but nothing too bad.

We only stayed one night, but the staff were super friendly from check in to check out. The included breakfast was adequate. The room was very clean and we went to the spa which was great value and very professional/clean also. The shower in our room was amazing! Location superb, walkable distance to some great street food!

I don't mind slightly run down, but if you do, the gym is pretty broken - some free weights/treadmill, and broken bike. Tiles missing from pool, no smart TV etc....

Really nice hotel, with lovely v long pool (I swam laps), nice ambiance, nice pool area (our room went out to the pool - it was like a chalet!), lilos at the pool, and shallow bits to sit out. We had a massage there too - so easy - it was at the pool too! Restaurant was decent. Really nice feel to the place. Oh - and super quiet at night. WIFI worked pretty well.

Only found out the last day how the humidifier in the room worked. Had to fill it ourselves with water. Air was so dry (35%) because of the AC. Had a sore throat in the morning.

Friendly staff. Great location. Comfy rooms. Close to the Airport but absolutely no noise from the it. From the Beach you can see the planes land.

The only one point i need to suggest, please spray under neath the bed or table in the room frequently. My grandson got beaten by bugs and got rushy skin finger.

the lightning inside the room and bathroom was very dim. The bathroom lacked a proper exhaust fan which lead to steam escaping into the room

The accommodation was great and very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and at times helped us with planning tourist spots. The breakfast was average - Continental Buffet and 1 made to order dish from set menu.

The room was lovely. Very clean. It was fabulous to have a deck (with bean bags) that was directly beside the swimming pool. The pool was very nice - longer than at a number of hotels.Staff were very friendly and helpful. The internet was excellent.

When we stayed in this hotel there were not so many people. It was in a quiet area. Offering a good solution for those who do not plan to stay in the overcrowded Kuta. It was great as the beach was just 2,3min walk away.

Sometimes moscitos were coming out of nowhere. I had to purchase repellent myself.

Good location to awesome Jimbaran beach at affordable price. Nice clean hotel, on the very nice street. Affordable breakfast. Many delicious places to done just in around 300 meters. Nice and helpful staff.
