Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Spainabove 9 pm it's little bit difficult to find restaurant open, i have to walk little bit further
I had a flawless stay with staff here. Their property is very clean, incredibly comfortable and full of of character. The rooms are spacious, with a TV, fridge, aircon, and personal water tower. Since I traveled alone it is quite challenging to explore the area, but Bram really helped me to rent out the scooter. It was a new scooter and helmet-with-visor from Bram; the first time in 4 months of travel I've rented a scooter that already had petrol in it! Because I only booking for one night, i had to extend another 2 more nights to explore Jogja, it was such a huge city with lot of attractions. It has a clean bedroom, very good free Wi-Fi service, TV-Cable, balcony in each room, fridge, kettle almost all you need in a small cozy room. the best part the unforgettable thing is the Host itself and his family. He's very kind and helpful. I recommend this place for couples, small family and groups. They also offered you with a tour service which affordable but i prefer to take scooter to give me freedom to go around.

JapanA neighbor kept a hen in a hencoop and it started making noise from around 3:30am every morning. It woke me up, but this is not something the homestay could help.
The host were always ready to support me and tried their best to help me. They gave me free breakfast for my convenience since I was a solo traveler. When I asked them how to get to Borobudur, the host kindly took me to the bus station by his scooter and asked bus staff to take care of me so that I could go there without fail. They sent me follow-up messages to make sure I safely went to places and did things. They made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. Hot shower was available and I could enjoy taking a shower at tte end of the days.

What a pleasant stay, Bram will do anything to help your stay and trip as comfortable and memorable. He arranging your itinerary, rental bike, making sure the laundry done and cheap. The room are clean and it's very peaceful.Lovely bed as weel, and we can watch streaming from the tv. Hot water and fridge are works.

AustraliaThe entire homestay does not match with the photos. It is an old run down property with poor maintenance in an avoidable locality. Everything in the rooms were old, dirty & worn out. Had to move out immediately. Take it or leave it attitude by the owner.
