This is personal preference but both my partner and I found the bed far too soft. Also, equipment in the gym was minimal.

The breakfast was a la carte rather than buffet style. However there were lots of options and the food was plentiful. Service from all members of staff was excellent.

Could hear the people in the next room. Low pressure toilet flush. Location a little unsafe for solo female travellers at night time (quiet alleyways). Dining area looks over pool (no privacy). Few dietary options.

Loved my stay here - everything from the refreshing welcome drink, live music in the dining room, spacious & clean room, high pressure water shower, 10-15min walking distance to restaurants & beach, & short cultural workshops. All of the staff were kind & helpful. Special shoutout to Ms Megumi for leading a wonderful canang sari workshop & gifting me a safe journey bracelet. Close to the airport.

Gym is open a bit late -7am but this is not ideal if catching an early flight. 6am is more appropriate.

Very good customer services by the staff. Everyone was smiling all the time, friendly, asking us how’s our day, and if we need any help. When we had to go for 2:30am tour, the hotel prepared breakfast box for us. Hotel is very clean and serene despite the busy surrounding. Even with the water park next door, noise is still acceptable.

More attention to cleanliness, just to maintain the high standards.

I had a very good stay at Amnaya Resort in Kuta. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-kept, and the services throughout the hotel were of a high standard. Breakfast is à la carte and quite good, with plenty of options. In the evening, I recommend trying the restaurant for Indonesian dishes rather than other ones, as the local cuisine is way better cooked. A special mention goes to their thoughtful service: even though I had already checked out in the morning, they kindly offered me the chance to use the shower facilities in the afternoon before my flight. This made my departure much more comfortable. Overall, a great experience—I would gladly stay here again.

Cleanliness wasn’t great. And the AC location was a bit unfortunate (we had cold air blowing in our faces all night, with no way of changing the direction so we ended up having to shut it off).

Good location if you need to be close to the airport but have a few hours to explore before you leave. Plenty of restaurants, cafes etc in walking distance. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Opt for non-connecting room if possible bcs we had to deal with noises from our next door neighbour. It was loud and clear. However, the staff was quick to respond and even offered us to change room.

1) I didn’t appreciate that we were not allowed to hang our clothes on the balcony railing, especially since the drying rack provided was too small for our needs. 2) The staff was not very polite when they asked me to return the flip-flops, which I had not been informed in advance were not complimentary to take with me. 3) The spa services were available, but the prices were quite high. 4) The portions served at the restaurant were extremely small. 5) The hotel staff was rather disturbing with the towel changes, even ringing our bell repeatedly at 8 a.m. despite us clearly not answering. 6) In the morning, too much light entered the room through the wooden blinds, making it hard to sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room we had was immaculate, every single member of staff was kind and helpful, the facilities are excellent and the location is near everything! We didn’t eat our evening meals here but the breakfast was delicious and the evening cocktails were great!
