There is only one room with a real sea view. The onther rooms have a view on the roofs, it's not worth paying the extra cost.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with transportation. The room was well furnished and big. The restaurant on the beach was fine.

During my 2 night staying, there were electricity, internet and water cuts. I especially booked the most expensive room to be able to work in there and enjoy the views, but sadly the internet didn’t work at all so I had to go somewhere else and couldn’t really enjoy the room as expected

When we first arrived, we thought we were in the wrong place. The entrance was terrible. It is not a true reflection of the hotel itself, which was great. The rooms were large, and clean. The staff were very friendly. They were able to help us arrange for snorkeling tour, which was amazing. The food was great, and we were able to eat right on the beach.

If you arrive from the street after a rain, it could be challenging to go until the entrance, but it’s not the accomodation fault. Everything was okay inside.

Can’t really complain about too much.

Staff were lovely and accommodating, liked the rooms, bathroom was roomy, sufficient storage with a lock drawer inside a lockable wardrobe. Little patio was great, we sat out lots by the small pool. Breakfasts had variety. I enjoyed the pancakes, choice of eggs, fruit, juices, coffee in real pots, or Balinese breakfast. Overall, great quality for what we paid!

Well, they don't tell you breakfast is included excluded, they automatically count that to your bill. The room was not fully clean- the bathroom was disgusting with lot of hair from previous customers. The sink was broken, water would stay in the sink for hours. Additionally, you can hardly close the doors to your room! It seems to be broken.

The location was nice, the staff was also very kind- although sometimes I had feeling that they don't fully understand. The bed was very comfortable!

Might be time for the hotel to buy new bed linens, towels, bedside lamps, bathroom mirrors, etc. But the excellent location makes up for it all.

Excellent location on the beach! Beautiful, clear ocean steps from the hotel Within walking distance to many good restaurants. Adequate parking for scooters. The hotel was able to rent scooters for us and arrange a taxi for us. The rooms we had were a good size with decent bathrooms.

My bathroom smelled a little moldy. To deal with this, I left the fan on most of the day.

The location is fantastic and the staff are stellar. You can have breakfast overlooking the beach. The staff will help you with anything you need. It’s really a great place to relax.

The back yard is quite rustic which didn't make the best first impression but don't let that deter you. Place is clean, room so comfortable and everything very clean. Would be nice to have fridge and safebox but I felt very safe there.

The staff are the nicest people which made our stay very enjoyable. Central location, short walk to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, spas etc. so if you don't ride a scooter the location is great to reach any point of Amed beach on foot. Awesome sunset just outside. We had the rooms next to the pool which our kids enjoyed, no other guests really used it. It's quite enclosed and sunbeds just by your porch so it feels very private. Room is super comfortable, great Aircon and a proper duvet provided. Nice bathroom with hot shower. You can walk 10 min on the beach and swim and snorkel. There are nice fish and coral close to the beach. Jemeluk bay 20 minutes walk by beach with more snorkeling. Bring water shoes as there is mixed sand and pebbles not easy to walk bare foot.

The room was a little dirty with food crumbs on the coffee table and the front balcony hadn’t been swept in a long while. However we reported these issues and they were rectified quickly.

It has a great location, we had the beachside room with a great view. Staff were friendly. They had motorbikes for hire. Breakfast and dinner was good. I will return.

There was a bit of spillover sound from the peoople staying next door - yet that could have been because their door was open. Hey, the question asked me to compalin about something and that's it - the background murmer of the people staying in the next room.

From the door of my room, past the pool, through the restaurant then BAM, directly onto the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. Indomart is just across the road which is very convenient.
