Spa treatment was average. We had a couples moment package, bath was lovely full of flowers. massage wasn’t great they didn’t use oil they use a cream.

Beautiful location, very attentive staff in the hotel. Azi at reception was very helpful with organising motor bikes and transport. Muhal and Sri provided exceptional customers service with the food & beverage. Lovely quality food in the restaurant and large choice at the buffet breakfast. We was an amazing stay.

The distance from all the main townships. Bit far but it’s nice & secluded which is a plus, however getting a driver not related to the hotel can be hard. That being said, Marco the hotels driver is very friendly & informative.

I was very well looked after by the amazing staff, led by Karin. The hotel has a very welcoming and relaxed feel; it’s not too big, the pool and restaurant areas are very nicely designed, and the food is great. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back!

The resort was lovely, nice pool, clean bedrooms, enough bean bags in the pool area for guests and friendly staff. The resort is only 10 mins by motorbike to Selong Belanak beach (I drive really slow). I recommend you to eat the Nasi goreng from the restaurant it was really nice.

For Me..beds to hard and pillows hard n lumpy! Sewerage smell in bath room. No information in room on services provided or menu if wanted room service. Yes..you can look on line but nice to grab a brochure. Communication can be better at breakfast time with orders.

Loved the staff..very attentive,smiling nothing was a trouble. Special thanks to Ferit,Muhal,Adi and the waiter come singer(legend)!.so many more sorry if misspelled names. Location and quietness as a base to go and explore.

Very welcoming, kind and kids friendly staff. At the time of our stay (Aug, 1st-6th) it never felt overcrowded. Everything is well maintained and cleaned everyday. The food is great and the kitchen also does special request without hesitation.

cocktails and food offering on menu not so great - needs work to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the resort - expensive in respect of the execution. burgers and chicken dry and over cooked, eggplant dip almost inedible tbh. fries old and salads never seasoned or with a great dressing We eat out mostly as a result. Daquiries watery however the breakfast buffet was awesome and something we looked forward too daily. the coffee in the room was AMAZING - best I have ever had.

Beds were too hard and super uncomfortable. Asked for a mattress topper but hotel didn’t have. Ended up with 2 duvets on top of mattress which was better but still not good. Pillows were too small, didn’t have pillow protectors on them and the pillows themselves had seen better days. Towels were terribly mis-coloured and really should be replaced.

Location was superb. Beachside resort. Staff were super lovely.

Didn’t find the ocean overly good swimming with very strong currents and rips. A bit of rubbish on the beach, but it comes over on the current from Bali so I understand there isn’t much that can be done.

Internet speed in the hotel is very slow and the Telkomsel network in the area is not good so, if you need to work you will struggle.

We came 4 years ago and we repeated this time. They have improved their (from our point of view) weakest point, which was the restaurant service. Now they have an army of very well trained people giving you an outstanding experience. The hotel itself is great, nice location, confortable rooms, great service and very nice food. Now the breakfast is buffet, you can choose among western and local food. Very good in general. They should put more attention in the yougurts and juices, some of them do not survive from one day to the next one.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try their massage services as they were fully booked during our stay. Some of the other facilities, like kayak, were also under maintenance.

Second time staying at this property (our first was in 2022), and we still love it. They now serve a buffet breakfast, and everything really suits our palates. I’m sure most people booking here are already aware that it’s quite far from everything—but if you’re looking for a serene, secluded spot, this place is perfect. That said, it still has everything you need: a beautiful, calm beach; a variety of food options at the restaurant to keep things interesting for a few days; and reliable Wi-Fi if you need to get some work done. There’s no phone in the room, but the staff always check in to make sure your needs are met. Thank you to Ardy, Alsa, Maijan, and Yadi for the warm and attentive service. The beach is technically public, but since it’s the only hotel in the area, it feels almost private. Even during high season, we always found space in the restaurant to lounge and enjoy the beach in comfort.

As a gluten free diner (I have coeliac disease) I had hoped for more options. The GF bread supplied was inedible. So I was left with fruit and eggs for breakfast. Even if gf french toast and/or waffles had been available it would have been good to have something different. My only option for gf dessert was fruit again. The beach is lovely but it’s not that pleasant to swim in the sea - strong currents and churned up water, and the sea bed is uneven and rocky.

The staff were incredible. Welcoming and friendly. Nothing was a problem. Also the resort is kept in immaculate condition - facilities, room, garden. All well designed and up to date.
