Very nice hotel located in Kuta, less than 5 minutes of walking far away from Kuta beach. Room service was great, there was no problem with anything durning our stay. Room was big enough, toilette was good, everything needed was there. Pool was clean. Breakfast at hotel were good, not the same every day.

There was honestly nothing.

Staff are just incredible and make you feel very welcome. They found out my name at breakfast and kept using it during the service which was just unheard of. I haven’t even had that kind of service in a five star hotel. The breakfast was sensational and they make a very good coffee.

It wasn't so much that I didn't like it, but it is an older place, although I think they said that it was recently renovated

Small child constantly shrieking in the pool on and on early morning, lost my sleep-in, still shrieking when I went to breakfast, but staff did not ask guests to keep it down. Internet was not great. Unsecured network (like most places in Bali!) but my laptop refused to let me open sites while linked to this network.

Good basic breakfasts. Nice pool. Rooms a little tired but still all the things you need, and clean, and good value for the room rate. Good bed. Staff were just lovely and communicated well with me when I had to advise I would be arriving a day late because of a flight cancellation, very reassuring. Great location, lots of good eateries around. Fridge was initially not cold, but got it checked, also was given a spare card to leave in the wall gadget that kept power to the room while I was out.

Wasn’t a thing we didn’t like.

Excellent location, lovely hotel…if you’re not into fancy and want to spend your money on doing things, exploring the sites, Kampi is great value for money. Staff were lovely, breakfast included and very pleasantly surprised of the quality of food…not just western food. Like all places in Bali it’s not immaculate but very very comfortable and easy to get anywhere.

Ve & Ria were exceptional baristas, a joy every morning for breakfast & coffee. All staff could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Their management (Priyo/vo)took the time every morning to discuss our previous day and was more than generous with his time.

Everything. The buffet breakfast included, the friendly staff, nothing is too much for them. Pool is great too. Anything you need, they organise. Even the simple menu is not expensive, and Ve makes the best coffees. Juni is a wonderful host. Even the room makeup staff are friendly. Id go back in a flash.

It’s quite new but just starting to show wear and tear, particularly in our bathroom.

Location is amazing. In the heart of things but tucked down a little alley so a little quieter than you would expect for the central location.
