Even if the house was cleaned perfectly every day, there were a lot of ants, maybe because of the period or the weather, but it is a good to know if someone is allergic to ant bites or is afraid to be in a room with bugs.

We had a lovely stay, the staff is very kind and helpful, they helped us to rent a motorbike for a few days. We had very tasty breakfast as well. Everything was as expected from the photos. There is a reception area with staff from 7-19 and security between 19-7, so you will feel very safe, even in the middle of rice fields. The path to the place is a bit narrow, so no car can enter, but with motorbike or by foot is easy. You can have a lunch / dinner at the place, they have a short menu for it, also cocktails, but there is also good and cheap warung on the main road, close to the apartment.

The only negative to the stay was a poor mirror setup and a pebbled shower setup, it should be a safer tiled setup without a hob on the entrance. (A minor hiccup). Steps and stairs might be an issue for some. The villas include some ergonomic design failings (eg irregular stair riser heights) but this sort of thing is standard for Bali. Overall very little to dislike.

Wonderful location, a short walk is necessary but it’s a very enjoyable walk adjacent to idyllic rice paddies. Small compound of three independent two level villas. I enjoyed the design of the villas, a mixture of modern and traditional. Excellent bed and spaces. Very friendly and helpful management. Breakfast was included, basic but welcome with a few choices. Great value, location, and relaxing. We gave it 10/10, it deserved it.

Food was great, and everyone was so welcoming & kind. Was very quiet and relaxing! Felt like we experienced the real Bali with everything around, and all the beautiful a places it had to offer. Locals around the area were so sweet.
