Just some thing to know: The wifi doesn’t really work, and the water from the shower is really hot, and difficult to regulate. A little bit of humidity in the room

We loved the place, very silent, very close to the center of ubud. The room is very big and the bathroom too. And the staff is really kind but maybe he would need a little help because he do everything by himself.

We came on time for check in but waited one hour for the room to be ready. The wifi was not really good.

The location is great: in the heart of Ubud but tucked away in a tiny quiet ally. The room is simple but big and clean and has PLUGS on each side of the bed (so practical for charging and easy access). The breakfast is also simple but good. The bed was comfortable and it’s so quiet it’s amazing!

I stayed two nights in one of the Double Rooms with Garden View at Alit Bungalow and loved it! The room was spacious, very clean, had a lovely/modern interior and a nice terrace facing the garden and pool. The staff was very friendly/helpful and I absolutely loved the central location. Situated in the heart of Ubut but tucked away in an alley, it was very quiet at night and offered a nice oasis far from the buzzing roads of Ubud. I never ate at the restaurant, but the breakfast was simple and yummy. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and can only recommend this place! 10/10, I would def stay there again!

Spacious room with a very large balcony! The hotel is located right in the city center, but in a quiet area. Kadek was incredibly friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

Our room was really nice although the bathroom didn’t have sealed windows so a couple of lizards got inside. Other than that it was perfect.

We stayed 6 nights here and couldn’t fault a thing. The location is very good being right in the centre of Ubud but still quiet due to it being off the Main Street. The pool was really nice and the rooms were amazing for the price. If I were to stay in Ubud again I would want to stay here! Also Desmon, the staff member at Alit was AMAZING he was so welcoming, made great banana pancakes, and would ask you whether you needed anything all the time. Only things I can comment on was that the WiFi wasn’t the best and an extra bed side table would have been nice but that is not something that hinders the place - I would 100% stay again.

There’s no TV or bathtub (even though there’s plenty of space for one), everything else was just great.

One of the best stays I’ve had — mainly because of the beautiful ambience, perfect location, and incredibly helpful staff. Despite being very close to the bar and main road, the place is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which made it super relaxing. The room is super spacious, as is the bathroom. I especially loved the garden view and the pool — very calming and private. Since the villa only has a few rooms, it never felt crowded, which added to the charm. Special shoutout to the staff — he prepared everything by himself and truly deserves all the credit for making the stay so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet escape in a great location!

- the wifi was really bad, it didn’t seem to reach where our room was located so had to use up phone data - the shower was hard to get at a good temperature, either lukewarm or roasting hot - barely any plug sockets around the room - 2 bed side tables would be useful

Very close to central of town, stayed one night could have stayed more . Staff very generous and helpful. Rooms are massive, with big balconies. Bar, restaurant, live music next door however couldn’t hear in room. Cheap and comfortable in central location.

We were here when the weather was quite bad so the paths were very wet and extremely slippery and dangerous.

The location is just off the Main Street so it’s lovely and quiet in the evenings but close to everything you want. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. And we had a lovely big balcony too. The guy who runs it is lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was so nice. Just down an alley from Monkey Forest road. Just far enough off the main area that it was quiet and nice. Halfway between the monkey forest and the Ubud Palace. Really a perfect location. Good restaurants, shops, massage,and all kinds of stuff to do within a short distance of the hotel in every direction. Kadek was always around whenever I had a question and was so helpful with setting up a tour for me and anything that I had questions on. I didn’t want to do an actual tour so he got me a driver for very cheap to drive me to a temple that ended up being an amazing experience. The water temple. It was small only six or so units with a cute pool. Kadek made me breakfast to order every morning. Oh and the room is beautiful and really spotless. A nice balcony overlooking the grounds. I would recommend staying here.

It would be helpful to have more plug sockets in the room or perhaps an adapter with more sockets.

Set in a very central location but off the road, when you arrive at Alit Bungalows it is a peaceful and gorgeous setting. Firstly there is the beautiful pool with loungers to relax, then down the path are the rooms. Each has its own individual entrance with either a balcony or terrace. The room was huge with a big bathroom, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and some toiletries were included. There was a fridge in the room, water and mosquito spray as well as tea and coffee and a kettle were provided. Plenty of towels and separate towels for the pool. Kadek, who does everything, was very friendly and helpful. He organised for me to join an excellent cooking class with a local provider for a really good price - I would recommend asking him about it. The location was great for seeing Ubud. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The property is tucked away in a spot away from the Main Street. We rarely had to get taxis anywhere as everything is in walking distance from the accomodation. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were so friendly and helpful.
