The bathroom needs a good overhaul and let the rest of the room down, odd / weird set up with stones you have to walk across to get to the shower and toilet. Maybe a bit less chlorine in the pool

Down an alley off the main road and signage wasn’t fully clear on how to access, lots of steps!

Breakfast and coffee was just okay but it was so easy and close to go out for breakfast that it wasn't an issue.

Great stay! The pool was nice and the surroundings were peaceful in nature. It was calm since it was a bit secluded but still so close to the restaurants and attractions. The staff were so helpful to help us book travel accomodations and day trips.

It was off the road so hard to find at first, the bed was squeaky and woke up everytime we moved there was also no safe in the room.

The property was mostly well kept and beautiful scenery, staff were so kind and welcoming and helpful!

Bathroom indeed lacking basics such as toiletries, toilet paper and hair dryer, cleaning could be done a bit more attentively (but staff promptly intervened when notified). Very touristic area, not ideal for those who are after something more remote.

Big, comfortable and traditional room. Amazing terrace with a nice and relaxing “jungle” view, beautiful swimming pool. Location is very central, but place is quiet, despite the chaos of the town.

Aircon was directly over the head of the bed. I like a firm bed, but wow, the bed is FIRM. Don’t leave any food out or the ants will invade quickly. There is stairs to reach the rooms and pool. Google maps shows property at the street, but it is down a path that cars can not get to. The rocks are a neat concept for the shower, but made getting to the toilet odd.

Quiet spot in the madness of Ubud. We had 3rd floor room and mint near noise from neighbors. There is a stream that flows near the proper and the sound is very relaxing. It’s off the main road so easier to stroll around, which is hard to do on the chaotic Main Street. Friendly staff and clean pool. Get a massage at nearby Lily Spa!!!!!

I didn't like that the location pin was showing on the main road, and actually, you uave to walk a little off off the road till the end of the side road to reach there.

The steps leading to our room was a little slippery when it was raining. Had to go up and down lots of steps which. Asked for another room preferably with less steps and the staff were so accommodating and changed our room.

The staff were very friendly and always smiling. The place was clean and the location was amazing..away from the main road.

Unfortunately we had some noisy upstairs neighbors that made getting a good night's sleep basically impossible.

Beautiful place, the staff are amazingly friendly. Very close to Ubud center, and it's craziness, yet a quiet piece of paradise to relax and recharge in. Fantastic value for money.

There a quite alot of stairs so if you have issues going up and down stairs ask for a ground floor room.

The room is a bit humid (I understand this is inevitable in the area) and you do notice a smell when you enter but we discovered the “dry” function on the aircon which really helped and it didn’t bother me in the end.

Great staff very helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, quiet and set off jalan bisma, with views of jungle and sounds of nature, yet just a few seconds from the bustle of bisma and then one at the end of bisma you are on the very busy Main Street. The pool was great and it was great having direct access with the family rooms on the ground floor. The other good thing is that you can access the sacred monkey Forrest in just 10 mins by walking the opposite direction to town.It was also lovely being served breakfast on your terrace facing the pool. I would highly recommend this place

The bath tube was really dirty and awful, seemed it was not cleaned for ages. Neither water drain was working properly. This is the only, but really big negative point.

Room and balcony are very nice. Location is half way between the monkey forest and the city center (Water palace, Ubud palace).

It was in a beautiful, natural and lush setting. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful despite the air conditioning dripping before the start of Nyepi (day of silence)

The whole place is beautiful, it feels like a volcanic stone oasis in the middle of Ubud. The location is just by a small river so every time you sit at you Terrance or the pool you have the sound of water. Super relaxing! The staff if incredibly sweet and helpful, with everything from giving you plans and alternatives, explaining you the city and booking your transportation to the airport.

We had a great room right next to the pool. The location is calm but also near to the center so you can walk by foot. You can order your Breakfast to your room every day on the time you like. The food is really good. The room was clean and the shower had really good water pressure.

Found it upsetting that ceiling fan in open dining are was not working in extreme heat. Also the steps were a challenge- I feel prospective guests should be warned about this. I am 70 with bad knees and this was a real Problem
