The only reason I didn't go a full 10 rating for everything was the size of the room. Once you have 2 suitcases in there it was a little on the small side then. But how much time do you really spend in your room in a day!

Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely, the location was good. The linen was lovely and clean. The place was quiet enough even though it is on a reasonably busy street. The bed was firm but comfortable enough and very wide. Breakfast was included in our stay and was quite big and 3 or different choices. Lovely fresh juice and really good coffee.

Nothing... everything was perfect.

Everything & everybody. I couldn't fault a thing. Everyone treated me like family & I cried when I had to leave them all. Nothing was too much trouble. The girls & boys were constantly cleaning & making sure the pool area was perfect. Our rooms were so comfortable & clean. I was meant to be on the top floor but when the girls saw I was struggling with the steps they placed me on the ground floor... perfect. This little boutique hotel was gold. The cafe also top class. Take me back to Bali anytime. ❤️

Fantastic breakfast, great choices. Awesome staff, friendly and efficient. Good spot, close to beach and great restaurants. Lovely sheltered pool. Cosy, safe feeling. Nice and quiet.

The bed!!!!!! We had room 207 and the bed was very firm, giving us sore backs in the morning. Strange as another couple we met said their bed was the most comfortable they'd slept on. Maybe we just had an older bed?

Great location for currency exchange, shops, cafes and restaurants. Lovely rooms. Great pool. Best included breakfast I've ever had.

Saturday night was a little noisy from music at the local pub, but it didn't last all night.

The breakfast at the cafe is amazing. The pool is also really nice, and the hotel is in a good location. The hotel is great value, nice and clean.

I think we would have chosen a room that was around the pool. Our room was off to the side and we did not have outdoor chairs to sit in that would have a view of the pool area.

Very central location to all shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area was very nice and was not that busy. The Akaya Cafe breakfast was delicious, prompt and with lots of things to choose from.

Slightly loud from the nearby pubs but only till about 10pm.

Good sized room, shower and bed. Aircon worked great. Pool was nice. Staff were helpful. Their cafe served great breakfast and has other nice options for lunch available. Also in a good location about 10 mins walk to the beach.

Scuba diving made alot of noise in the pools - with shop out front

In the room closest to reception, it was hard to block out the lights from the outside which are on all night. Small issue. Didn't take away from our lovely stay

Wonderful location immediately behind a dive shop right in the centre of Sanur! Close to everything! The staff were wonderful.

Room is very small but didn’t bother me as I was on my own. If I travel again with a friend will book two rooms.

I liked the size of property only 18 rooms. Beautiful pool which I didn’t use, I did notice diving lessons being held. Great location I could walk everywhere. Amazing day spa yoga & spa opposite the hotel, each night I had a late massage and back to my comfortable bed with the best pillows ever! Breakfast was fabulous lots of choices. Staff super friendly and helpful.
