We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is fine for a couple nights. It’s basic but clean, excellent hot water pressure, wifi good & staff pleasant. It is couple kms from main Sanur area but can easily hire bicycle & ride along a beachwalk path. Excellent location to Perama bus & harbour. The street the hotel is in has lots of mini marts & cafes and a large supermarket/souvenir shop.

United KingdomWiFi didn’t reach the room and we really needed it to do our work and unwind with Netflix! we ended up on our laptops in the corridor chairs which wasn’t great. we did ask to move but they were fully booked. seems like the place used to be nice but is now super run down. good to stay for 1-2 nights if you’re catching a boat the next day.
close to the harbour for boats to the other islands, breakfast was included and they booked gluten free ones for me with GF flour I bought from the local organic shop. really nice staff.
