The staff. ,super friendly offered assistance constantly. The villa was comfortable and designed so well. This villa was so relaxing with the private pool that once you closed the door, silence was your only friend. Beds comfortable and the bathroom and living places stunning. It rained once, and the living room wall became a living waterfall. Will definitely choose this villa as my home away from home. Gardens lovely.

Wow, wow and wow! The villa is so much more beautiful than what the pictures will ever show! The villa is bog, comfortable, clean and so cosy. The location is perfect, accesible to everything around you. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. Defnitely the place to stay in Bali 👌🏻

No Aircon in the lounge area and kitchen ( I guess due to open area ) and too many mosquitoes 😥 It will be nice if they provide conditioner and coffee machine

The only negative feedback I have is the kitchen facilities were slightly limited if you travel with a baby. No microwave.

Everything. One 1 issue - at the time of check out when they went to check the room they told us one towel was missing from the villa and they kept on questioning us again and again about where the towel is…despite us telling them everything was within the villa that was provided to us by them…five minutes later they found the towel in the villa only. So before blaming guests it would be great if they could check their own premises properly for their stuff. Everything else was great

Nice apartament with a pool which was always kept clean. Location outside of Nusa Dua resort area, but with very easy and quick access by grab or gojek. The living area is nice with Bali vibes, but with no AC, so sometimes too hot to stay there. It was clean and with room service everyday, including fresh towels, which I noticed it’s not standard everywhere in Bali. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen could be equipped a bit better for those who want to make breakfast themselves, but when we asked for the pan, to make some omelets, there was no problem with that and we kept it until end of our stay. I recommend this place!

Lovely villa, very clean and well looked after. and the staff are really helpful and sweet. Villa is a bit far from the beach and main part of town but the staff booked drivers for us so not really an issue.

The location is a bit out of Nusa Dua but it’s easy enough to get a Gojek or Grab to take you wherever you need to go. The location could be a positive if you don’t want to be in the thick of the hotel area.

The villa has spacious and clean and well laid out. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to book here again.

The breakfast was average. We ordered it on our first morning. Then we bought our own food from supermarket across the road. The kitchen was a bit bare on plates and cups.

The layout. Own pool. Size was amazing. Very quiet, especially as it was not far from a busy road. Handy to a supermarket across the road. Service was great. Very clean and rooms were made up next day. Favourite place we stayed at while in Bali.
