Great location a short walk from Kuta beach. Lovely facilities and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Need more changes with breakfast seems to be same cereals, juices and many food items the same. The price for accommodation is getting expensive compared to when we first stayed and nothing has changed. Need larger menu because when you stay you a long period you get bored with the choices. No shower curtain bathroom would get flooded and slippery.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! Yummy food, amazing staff, perfect location and you get all the things of a luxury resort/hotel but you also get the old traditional feeling of Bali. I would recommend staying here to anyone, single, couple or family's! ❤️

Beds are a bit hard for me. Breakfast doesn’t change same cereals, same fruits and juices. Also would be good to have more options on main menu for long term guests to have variety. I stay 2 weeks each time I find I end up eating elsewhere after a week to eat different alternatives. Need shower curtain around shower as floor got wet then hard to use toilet as slippery.

It’s clean, staff are always friendly and pool is clean.

The beds were a little firm but not unbearable.

Great location. Friendly staff. The room was very spacious, great air-conditioning, Netflix and YouTube. Shuttle bus into Kuta daily. Very family oriented.

Nothing really, beach access is a little awkward as there are no roads that cut through but there is a free shuttle twice a day.

We had a family room - great size with kids (2). Pool area was well lovely, pool bar convenient and towels easy to access.

Could have had more variety at breakfast. Also they wanted to charge us $50 for 2 pool Towels which were picked up by someone else at the end which seemed really steep considering we were there a whole week, booked two rooms and spent over $2000 Aud.

Lay out of the pool and rooms were great. Also not super packed which made for a relaxing holiday and having the day spa at the pool was fantastic!

On occasion, cleaning staff forgot to leave complimentary water or top up the coffee sachets in the room, but this was quickly addressed when mentioned to reception.

Maintenance noise in a nearby room but that was advised on checking in and within hours where most people would be out and about going through their day so it didn’t overly affect me.

no power-points near bed, bed was a little firm for my liking but still comfortable, being on large grounds with many rooms housekeeping comes anywhere between 8am-4pm sometimes a little too early after a late night. room service food from restaurant tasted very average which was disappointing considering the 21% tax added and breakfast always being enjoyable. tv connection was not very good but wouldn’t typically be a problem for many as not often do people holiday to watch tv. on arrival i signed paperwork as my balinese boyfriend would be staying with me yet whenever we arrived security always asked for and held onto his ID (understand safety precautions but kind of defeated the purpose of them photocopying his ID on arrival and me signing)

fantastic location just off jalan benesari meaning it’s walking distance to many things however still quiet enough of a night time, beautiful neatly kept grounds and pool area, clean and spacious rooms that were cleaned daily, best hot water and shower pressure i’ve found in 11 trips to bali. wide selection of yummy buffet breakfast with rotating meals on different days, staff always friendly and ready to assist with anything needed

Nice property that allowed us to relax and enjoy Bali. Restaurant food was excellent. Room service and facilities were excellent. Pool was refreshing and well situated. Looking forward to next visit
