Initially put into a room with twin beds pushed together which were not of equal height. Fridge leaked. Lots of mosquitoes. (The fogging when done was hugely inadequate with most of the areas missed) Unfortunately there was a Hindi celebration next door with music blaring through a megaphone speaker for 11/2 days (starting at 6.30am). When we asked reception how long it would continue for they said 20mins!! Upon check out, we asked for compensation for incorrect information leading us to forgo alternative accommodation and have had nil response. Restaurant staff didn’t appear to show any genuine care.

Beachfront location was great. Beach and ocean was good for swimming. The property is spacious and the gardens tidy.

The glass doors did not close off enough to keep mozzies out! The large pool was not particularly clean. Breakfast was the worst we have ever had. No choice, no variety..poor!

We liked the location of our room, very close to pools, beach and restaurant. We liked the views and walks on the beach...beautiful sunsets! Nice to see the local fishermen at work. Good warungs just outside the resort. Quiet resort with three pools! The backdrop of mountains is truly spectacular . The staff were wonderful!

Great location by the sea. Great swimming pools. Very kind and helpful staff. Great please to stay if you want to go snorkelling near Menjangan Island (recommended!). The hotel restaurant and bar are good and there are other nice local restaurants nearby.

The only thing was the amount of mosquitos, I left looking like I had the measles. Very small price to pay for such a beautiful place so be prepared, and I had the cream/spray on to repel them

It was right in between 2 mosques which go off 5 times a day, and if you’re a light sleeper it can throw you off sleeping!

Beautiful accommodation right along the beach, quiet beach and air con rooms. Love the rustic feel to the area, close to Bali national park and plenty of shops along the strip. Really nice to get away from crowds!

One of us is a wheelchair user. The Adi Assri Beach Resorts and Spa in Pemuteran was wonderfully accessible, with the exception of a few steps leading to the restaurant. However, the staff helped him immediately. It is a spacious, very well-maintained complex with beautiful bungalows, several pools and a beautifully landscaped garden. The staff were super friendly again and the service at reception was very organised. A problem with the hot water was solved immediately. The snorkelling spot for the Biorock project is only a few steps away. This is an award-winning coral reef restoration project. It has created a wonderful underwater world. There are very good yet inexpensive restaurants near the hotel. Ade, a local driver, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

The mosque is very near and loud, the food is a bit overpriced but the view from the restaurant is great.

There is not so much to do around Pemuteran, but if you want somewhere to chill out for a day or two away from the craziness of South Bali you couldn’t find a better place. The beachfront and the swimming pools and gardens are all lovely.

Only 1 chair in room Wooden reclining chairs on patio were very uncomfortable and difficult to sit on and stand up from.

This was once probably a great resort. It now operates in a reduced capacity and is basically a bit "tired." Grounds and rooms need an injection of enthusiasm from staff and a commitment to more maintenance and pride in the venue. Could use more shade around pools for customer comfort, and food is best described as ordinary.

Good location to access snorkelling nearby. Grounds and rooms were well laid out.

The doors to the villa can only be opened from the outside which is quite bizarre. The beach is OK, the breakfast selection is very poor. Paying with card incurs additional fee, I didn’t not expect that for a hotel of this size.

Beautiful villas, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Great pools, there is laundry facilities right across the hotel which is very convenient. Hotel is a bit of a walk to everything but it’s fairly flat and the area is small, so not a deal breaker. The place is very clean.

I see there were a lot of complaints about mosquitoes. We didn’t have a problem. We saw a couple here and there. The staff do a great job each night when they turn down the rooms. Not once bitten. Ubud was the spot I was absolutely smashed with bites.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with adi assri resort. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Quite a peaceful place to spend some downtime. We booked our snorkeling tour and massages through reception. Had a great time swimming and relaxing by the pool. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us, such delightful people. Especially Sana thank you.
