It was my birthday. My friend brought cake. Called the reception to get cutlery but the guy was rude and it felt as if i ordered the moon, lol.

It was a nice hotel but staff where not nice conpared to Bali.

A little bit on the older side, but was in no way detrimental to the stay. If you rather not climb stairs, ask for a room on the ground floor, as there are no elevators.

Great value, great location. Right across from Discovery Mall and next to Waterbom, and they even had a promo for discounted Waterbom tickets. Clean, comfortable, and great staff.

Right in the heart of Kuta. Close to so many restaurants bars and shopping. Very clean and gardens are stunning.

We were put in a room that had just been freshly painted and told it would be okay just put the air conditioner on. We were moved to a different room after we complain

I didnt like anything from the breakfast accept the eggs and bananas, the coffee was horible, but they brought a coffee machine at the end of the stay which was a bit better, fruit was never ripe, the butter type spread was inedible. All the salt shakers were rusty. We didnt like the massage from the provided staff, but you are not allowed to use another place to come to the room. We just had to go to another place.

The rooms facing the pool but enough cover from the flora, well kept out side areas. Big bath was nice.

Wasnt a huge fan of the buffet breakfast that was included. But im a bit fussy with breakfast.

Excellent location right in the middle of everything and easy to access things around just by foot. We had a pool access room and i cant fault the room and the proximity to the pool. I loved that the pool had the sun shining over it, made it really nice to go into the pool! Staff were lovely and helpful all the time. Excellent stay!

The smell from the bathroom drains was a little overpowering on entry. However once aired out it was not to bad. The shower rose was blocked in our room and we only had the hand held rose to bathe.

There was a decent choice for Breakfast, unfortunately the breakfast sausages and Bacon were usually quite cool (Temperature) and could have been warmer. Choice was limited but catered to peoples choice. The Location was excellent for us.

Facilities could be better for the price..

Though not a new property, the hotel is beautiful and decently maintained. The location is very good and staffs were always helpful..Good breakfast, but could be better. Overall satisfactory stay..

Pool furniture was old and needs to be updated. Old pillows on the loungers. The towel service was good and their was staff who moved towels if people left or tried to reserve the few loungers there are.

Breakfast was good. Nothing too special but good for the price that was paid. Staff very friendly and helpful. My teenagers all loved it.

Location was great. Walking distance to warerbom, malls and food outlets. Pillows were great.

The stairs were a bit slippery and the wooden hand rails slippery also for going upstairs. The shower leaked badly into the bathroom.

Location fantastic. Staff were always helpful and went above and beyond. Food was incredible and breakfast was delicious! Cocktails super yummy. Pool very clean and swim up bar was great! Room service amazing!
