Overall great villa and good location - 10 minute away from the beach and bigger shops. Only downside is that we could hear our next door neighboors at all times due to the very thin walls. Staff is super friendly.

The only very slight criticism would be the door into the bathroom is noisy and clunky.

Nothing much really, the place just ticks all boxes and was a great base to explore from.

Nice quiet spot in busy Legian but very close to everything, literally a one minute easy walk. Lovely staff, helpful and friendly plus breakfast and afternoon tea served in room or in attached restaurant.

The villa we had was perfect for me but the others couple didn’t like the pool not in the sun Also not outside couch to relax on just an uncomfortable round table and odd chairs oh hubby wanted a microwave to zap his tea as it got cold quick.

Food was 200% value afternoon tea was amazing as was dinners and b/fast. Huge choices. Loved it. Service was 100% couldn’t fault it. Very clean only complaint was the b/ room doors not shutting properly which they did come and fix tho, pool great for me.

Abia Villas is a truly great place to stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The outdoor area and pool were a private, tropical paradise. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. The Cafe was the extra win for this accommodation. Great coffee, great food and more fantastic staff. We will definitely be back and thank the team for a great stay!

There was nothing I didn’t like about this accommodation. It is a little bit of a walk… About 20 minutes (1klm) to the beach but an easy walk.

I liked everything about this property from the amazing and friendly staff, the breakfast (that I chose to have in my villa each morning), the afternoon tea and the villa itself.

Nothing! There wasn't one thing we disliked.

My partner and I stayed here in May for a couples trip and we were so impressed with the Villa, not only the presentation but the staff as well. We stayed for 1 week and ate breakfast/dinner at the villa majority of the week. We pretty much couldn't of asked for a better experience, the Villa was clean, tidy and we absolutely loved our private pool. Staff cleaned our Villa regularly and always asked if there was anything they could do for us. Location was absolutely perfect, close to everything and walking distance. Ubers/Gojek/Grab was also super easy from the villa. Highly recommend!!! We will be back :)

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was great and quiet. Villa was clean and amazing! Perfect size for the 4 of us. It was great to have the Abia cafe onsite so we didn’t have to leave our Villa to get food. Food was great, breakfast and afternoon tea was included with our room and we were thrilled with the choice. We will definitely be coming back!
