Everything was spotless and exceeded our expectations. We didn't have the breakfast. Pool was immaculate. We wish we could stay longer. Trip to airport is 20 minutes. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to get normal tv programs ... only pay tv as Netflix, prime etc. we’re available. Couldn’t even watch the news, weather or any sports...

It a good location away from the business of the town. Very simple to get taxi's to anywhere you want to go. Good rooms, nice pool, friendly staff. The open air bathroom is great.

Good value for money as we booked last minute. But the room said it had a sofa bed - which it did not. Had to bring an extra bed which negotiated as the paid for sofa bed. Had a few issues with our room but all of which were resolved. Staff were amazing.

- Some rooms are bit dated, can use maintanence/repairs e.g. sliding doors to private garden don't close well, leaving gaps for gekos to enter. We had an encounter with a large one - since it could not be caught, a different room was promptly offered - great gesture! - Open to air showers are good fun, but an inconvenience when it rains or when there is cool breeze.

- Good property away from the hustle and bustle of Uluwatu, but not too far - Multiple swimming pools + private pool for some villa - Well trained and genuinely helpful staff, we felt welcome - Excellent spa facilities, especially loved the couples spa suite - Super market next door, very convenient - We liked the breakfast and meal options - We did not face insects, flies or mosquito trouble during our stay in June despite all the landscaping and greenary

The location outside of the resort villa, hard to walk on the street as no foot path which is very common all around Bali.

Breakfast could have been better. The oj and pineapple drinks were not nice! But other than that great place to stay!

Big room, massive bed! And large bathroom! Plenty of room! The bathroom has an open air bit! Bath robes and slippers included. Easy to get taxis beacause walking from the hotel wouldn't be ideal as there wasn't much nearby. Pool outside - no one harfly used it so we were there by ourselves when used :)

Actually there was not much that we did not like. My only suggestions would be for the installation of a grab rail to assist in getting in and out of the pool (for the not so young and fit people) and the provision of a clothes airer in each room to hang out wet bathers/towels. There is not much to see or do within walking distance of the resort, but to overcome this, we hired a private driver for the duration of our stay who took us to wherever we wanted to go.

The 2 bedroom villa with pool was excellent and very private. Each room was lockable. The 2 rooms mirrored each other with a lounge area in the middle section. The kitchen facilities, table and chairs were all outside. Daily housekeeping was excellent. The pool was excellent and well maintained, (but don't forget to take some inflatable pool toys with you!) There is a supermarket next door to the resort which sold most items a tourist would need, including alcohol - just be careful of the traffic whilst walking to and from the supermarket as there is no footpath! The resort's kitchen staff and waitresses were all fantastic and there was plenty to choose from off the menu for breakfast/lunch or dinner.

We had a 3 night stop over on the way to Vietnam and had never stayed in this area. Was hoping it was a bit closer to shops and restaurants but we needed a Gojek to go anywhere.

.Staff are so lovely. Rooms a bit tired. Spacious though and good AC. The pool is a decent size and really clean. Good choice for brekki and they have a great restaurant that provides room service. Across the road is the most amazing massage place. Zia spa 10/10. Highly recommend the signature massage and the Indian head massage. There is a big supermarket next door that’s handy too

Could hear the traffic and other noises. The location required a car, scooter, or taxi to get anywhere.

The privacy of the villa. The private pool was great. The rooms were really comfortable. The bathrooms were good. The breakfast was good.
