It is a little far from restaurant/cafe - 10min drive, then into Ubud 30-40min, so we were constantly in the taxi. Breakfast not included, could of had someone come to cook for us

We had a great stay here, very spacious and we had the whole villa for our family. Staff were very friendly and helpful If you don't want to venture out too far, this is the spot for you

This place is 20 minutes drive out of Ubud. There are no restaurants within walking distance and is down a lane way which I did not feel comfortable walking as there were many dogs. There was building/hammering going on next door so could not be there during the day as not very relaxing. The place was not the cleanest, beds hard and reception did not speak english so had to call boss when we needed anything.

This place was inexpensive compared to other places in Ubud so was great if you don't want to spend very much but we would have preferred to spend more and be closer to restaurants and infrastructure. We had a late flight so appreciated that the owner let us take a shower before going to the airport. Had baggage storage.

It was a bit far from the town which meant we had to take motorbikes every time. But that was our mistake for not checking (we didn't know the area). If you want to be in a more quiet place, then this is PERFECT

Better than the pictures. Rooms and pool area are very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very receptive to our requests to have breakfast at the villa, get massages there, everything!

The pool was amazing, definitely the high light of staying here, rooms were lovely, if you are looking at staying here, rather than it being a standard villa, it is 4 large separate bedrooms ensuite, facing the pool, no living area beside the bedrooms, that is separate, don't let that put you off, it's different but also lovely. Putu is very helpful, breakfast was lovely, we also got laundry done very reasonably priced, it is a bit outside main Ubud town, not walking distance, so looking at taxi €4-6, or hiring scooters. In Bali download the Grab app for taxi and food delivery to the villa, very handy and great if relaxing around the villa.... the villa has a little fridge bar beside the pool and prices very good too, the villa is down very narrow roads but this seems to be the norm here.... definitely recommend for any groups .... Not really suitable for families with small children due to the way the bedrooms are set up...

Television didn't work well in some rooms. Cleanliness of some area (such as the pantry at the back of the room and the shower room) can be better. Some of towels didn't smell good.

Spacious bedrooms and villa area. Kitchen and minibar facilities were perfect for us. Located in a quiet area away from the crowd of Ubud Center.

A few things weren't quite clean enough on arrival, but it was all seen to and cleaned before we settled. Just a minor oversite which didn't affect our stay. A little out of the way in Ubud and terrific is crazy, so it takes a while to get into the centre of Ubud.

It was a great space with a lovely pool and beautiful gardens.the villas were comfortable and spacious. Putu was available for assistance and organised us transport and massages. She greeted us on arrival and came to say bye at checkout. She even cooked us an early breakfast as we had an early start for a cooking class. Good value.

Están and Put are the perfect host, they was really nice with us, the place is amazing in the middle of the jungle but only one step away from central Ubud, I really recommend this accomodation and I really hope to be back there soon

It is only a minor issue but having some cushions or more comfortable seating for family gatherings and hanging by the pool would be nice.

As mentioned before the villas could do with an upgrade. Cleanliness was an issue. The fridge by the pool was great but not clean and the bar area had empty beer bottles which was not nice. The whole area could have been cleaner. There is a kitchen that guests can use but again it is very dirty. In the villa's you have facility to make tea/coffee but there is no socket to plug the kettle in. we had to move the table to be near the dressing tabel as there was only one socket in the room. The mosquito nets had stains on them and were not nice. The Cupboard in our room had paint coming away from the walls I believe due to damp. I found white marks all over clothes that I had hung up.

The Villa's were lovely but they are in need of an upgrade. Pool is fantastic and absolutely needed especialy after a day of tours and shopping. Putu was always on hand to help us arrange trips and recomend local restaurants. It was my daughters birthday when we were there and she arranged for beautiful decorations and cake. Bali coffee provided in each villa was lovely.

The location is a bit away from central Ubud so you have to make sure you have transport available to get to and from the property. Public transport is available and so is scooter rental on the property. Be prepared for excessive traveling time to anywhere, but that is just the nature of Bali I guess.

As a base for our party of 7 it was most suitable and the host and the manager of the property, Putu, was great and really looked after us. it was our first stop in Bali, so didn't really know what to expect but it ended up being a great start to our Bali experience. Food delivery services are available to the property, so you don't always have to go out, especially easy if you have younger travelers with you.
