Nothing really. I think it's slightly on the pricier side but still worth a stay. We'll be back.

This place is fantastic. It's better than the pictures even. The private pool is awesome. The staff are amazing. Massages are great. Ken is super helpful. Bed is comfortable. Bath is fun. Water filter is very helpful. Gardens are lovely. All feels pretty luxurious. Access is also good for cars. There are some cafes and shops near by 10 mins walk. Or you can catch a grab to Ubud centre.

We have just finished our fantastic three night stay at AB Luxury Villas. We were made to feel welcome some weeks prior to our arrival, with our host, Ken contacting us with all the arrival details, activities he can assist us with booking and offering to assist with transport from our previous stay. Ken organised a taxi from our previous hotel to the villas, where we were contacted and greeted by a lovely driver who took us to the villa for a very reasonable price. Once arrived, there were two members of staff who greeted us, took our (heavy) bags into our villa and provided us with welcome drinks. All this service was given with a smile and worked seamlessly. We were shown to our room where the staff gave us a full tour. The villa was absolutely stunning - the pictures do not do it justice. It is situated in a quiet area of Ubud and is very peaceful. The pool is kept at a great temperature and the air conditioning works fantastically. The shower was a particular highlight! You can easily get a grab car from the end of the road and it’s a very reasonable price to travel into Ubud centre or any other destination. Each morning, we were served a choice of American, Continental or Indonesian breakfast freshly cooked by Ken’s mum. The food was absolutely delicious and came promptly at the time we booked. Prior to the breakfast being served, the staff would ring the doorbell to clean the table and mop the poolside floor, which was a thoughtful touch. On the last day, we were served a ‘floating’ breakfast in the pool which was amazing and a great start to the day. I would highly recommend the Indonesian breakfast, yum! Ken, who runs the villa, organised a fantastic day of activities for us where we went ATV driving and rafting. He provided us with transportation and managed to get us a discount. Both activities were fantastic value for money and we had a great time.

Nothing, we loved it!

This villa was a beautiful, quiet little sanctuary. It was out of the hustle and bustle, but not too far. It felt very safe and private. Ken and all of the staff were so lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was yummy! You can choose from American, Continental or Indonesian. The pool was the perfect temperature and a super comfortable bed and pillows (a good night sleep matters!) We also booked Ken in as a tour guide for our final day. He drove us around from 10-5, dropping us at the airport. A great use of our last day.

The Villa is near the end of a very narrow and broken ally way, and is dimly lit at night, Not a lot of good restaurants near the Villa and requires a Grab Ride to downtown, even though the ride is very cheap, less than $5 USD.

It was a little far from the centre but we just used gojek to get to the centre, or Ken would take us.

We had the best time at AB Luxury Villa! Ken and his team were awesome and ensured we had a great time. From helping us book activities, to cleaning the villa and Kens mom’s breakfast was the best!

The villa was very peaceful and quiet. The room has high ceilings and beautiful ambience. Very comfy bed. The host Ken was super amazing. He was welcoming, funny, and also our driver for our day trips. His mother Nyoman made us breakfast every day and delivered to our villa. And Adit was excellent helper as well. We felt so special every day. Ken arranged everything we wanted to do and nothing was too much trouble. We had the best few days at AB Luxury Villas. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful experience we had. Ken and his family and the boys could not do enough for us. Breakfast each morning was amazing and always excatly at the time it was ordered. The room was spotless and was cleaned whenever we wanted it attention to detail was top notch. Ken picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off which was a super service. I can highly recommend the villa you will not be disappointed

The only thing to note is that the villa is a bit of a distance from the main street so you will need to get a taxi (super easy and affordable - around 10 AUD each way) or you can hire a scooter from the villa (super affordable as well)

Ken & Ari were so wonderful during our stay & made us feel so welcome and like part of the family. The villa itself is just unreal, so beautiful with stunning decor - I could quite happily stay forever! Ari was so attentive and nothing was too much. Truly such a magical stay - thanks team!

The breakfast was amazingly made and presented beautifully by Ken’s mother and staff. It was a safe and private location. The villa was clean and had extra services that made the stay more enjoyable. Overall I highly recommend this Villa for your stay! Ken was a great host who went above and beyond making sure we had transportation and provided us with amazing tours. They made our first Bali experience!

Ken was such a wonderful host, he was nothing but attentive, kind and respectful. His staff Ari and Jun were also very helpful. Our stay was nothing but perfect. It was secluded from the noise but everything was provided by the property. We stayed for 6 nights. Ken’s Mom, has gifted hands, from her excellent cooking to great massages. Very kind people.

I loved this villa, the photos don’t do this place justice. Ken was amazing - we got to the villa at 11pm and he was there waiting for us ! He was hospitable and readily available, I felt spoilt and looked after. His mum Neoman was amazing she cooked us breakfast looked after my needs and helped out with a lot things that I needed personally. The location is tucked away but it is still amazing only a short walk away from amenities.

Its a but difficult to reach the entrance of the whole place as theres construction near it, however it doesn't bother you when you are in the villa, so don't worry.

It was extremely clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. We stayed in Villa B, it was very private. There's quite a lot os mosquitos outside as it is located in between rice fields so make sure you always close the villa door to make sure bugs don't get in. We always had a very good sleep, the bed is extremely comfy and the interior is also beautiful. The floating breakfast was amazing in this private environment, so I really recommend to ask for it. I recommend the indonesian or the continental breakfast. To hire motorcycle is 150K per day and its a very good quality, big yellow motorcycle. There's also a huge fridge and drinking water dispenser in the kitchen which is amazingly useful. Overall I really recommend this place!

the staff were so friendly and accommodating it made our stay very pleasant. the villa was beautiful and very comfortable. location was very good and easy to get around. breakfast was great every morning. we enjoyed the American breakfast with banana pancakes. the pancakes were our favorite. we also made use of the laundry service which was very convenient.

Everything! Ken and his family were awesome hosts - they responded to every request/enquiry promptly and were super hospitable. For example - we asked if there was a pharmacy nearby to get cough syrup, and they went the extra mile to get it for us, free of charge. Breakfast every morning was delicious, and tailored to our time requests (there is american, continental and local breakfasts to choose from). Massage was great too, with very reasonable prices.
