Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We liked that it was near the train station. We had to leave in the morning so the location was good and we had some stores around. It was fine for just crashing in for a night after a long flight.

We are a group of 5 adults. Hotel is very modern, bright cheerful rooms, clean & good location next to City Plaza. (Note: that the shopping mall is open from 10 am to 10 pm). We did not take the BF at the hotel. If you need to have BF earlier than 10 am, you will need to buy bread or snacks the night before from the City Plaza. Friendly and very helpful reception staff, help us to book a ride by Maxim/GRAB to the Airport. Note: You have to register the Grab taxi number plate with the hotel to avoid you paying the parking fees. 5 minutes walk to the nearest public transportation, Transkota bus stop to visit the MONAS & the Istiqlal Mosque.

MalaysiaNearby the mall are full of hawkers and stalls, and some of them are selling pets, thus if you would like to take a stroll around that area, expect it to be dirty.
Near to shopping mall, easy to get food and stuffs. Hotel offers washing machines and dryers but cant be used simultaneously or else the power will trip. The dryer has issue too, but I managed to get around it to dry my clothes. Room size is adequate for family of 3 and 4 big luggages. Toilet comes with bidet.

SingaporeSome parts of the walls and wire panels looked abit worn down (holes in panels). Linens/towels provided were sometimes not entirely clean — would need to request for exchange. Window opens up to a random alleyway just for decor so there isn’t any sunlight seeping in to the room during the day.
Spacious room and toilet, with well-heated showers. Aircon works well, bed was comfy. Non-carpeted floors are a fav for me so I like that about the room too. Convenient location as the hotel is right next to City Plaza Mall, with supermarket, lots of food options and popular coffee options like Kopi Kenangan and Tomoro Coffee also. Enjoyed my stay.

The location which is side by side with city plaza provide you anything. It is very easy to looking for foods and attractions so that your family will stay happy during this journey.
