It would be nice to have ac downstairs but not a war stopper.

Willingness to allow an early checking in which made a big difference. Once again a big thanks for that. Loved the location as it was a short walk to the main Kuta eat street. Great pool.

Heater wasn't working well. Sometimes the water was hot and sometimes it was cold. First day, the floor was a bit sticky, but after the housekeeping done it was okay.

It was good to stay there. Value for money. Overall it was a good stay. They have all the facilities there. Villa with a pool. Everything was good in a nutshell.

There were 6 of us Hot water was a little hit and Miss , 6 people cannot all have hot showers on the same day. Toilet seat outside kept coming off its bracket . Cleaner turned off every fan & air con every time he cleaned which was a little annoying walking in after a big day out in the heat. Another clothes airer is needed & maybe some instructions for the washing machine in English 😂🤣 I worked it out with translation on my phone .

The whole house :) the staff are awesome and quick to assist with anything needed .

The concrete surround on the beds caused a few bruised shins whilst we got used to it.

We were very pleased with the spacious accommodation. It had all the facilities we needed and most of the accommodation was cool and comfortable. The children loved the private pool and spent hours in there. Only a 10 minute walk through the back passages into Kuta. Our hosts were very welcoming and made an amazing breakfast for us on my birthday at a very reasonable price.

We loved our stay at this property. Ketut met us at the property when we arrived and made us feel really welcome. The villa was clean, spacious and well equipped. Lovely pool and outdoor area. good value for money.

There are 4 bedrooms and only master room has an attached bathroom . 2 rooms on the first floor needs to share the bathroom . The room in the ground floor has only a toilet. This makes the stay a bit uncomfortable as 3 rooms have a share one bathroom in the first floor!

The water is too high pressure for the pipe and hurting to do bussiness in the toilet. For the shower is okay. The light is too dim for the main room upstairs. The fire for the gas is quite slow. It took us around 10 minutes to cook a single pack of maggi. Aircond should also be more cooler. It is quite hot in Bali but the aircond is just so-so. Thank you😁

Clean and have all the facilities needed including the tv near the pool.

Mice Being over charged

Big, spacious villa with private pool. Private chef at the villa cooking breakfast some mornings and a traditional Indonesian dinner for my Dad's70th birthday.

The Beds weren't very comfortable and the sides made of concrete, kept knocking my knees.

The rooms smelt liked moth balls and it was very over powering, even after 3 days staying there.

nothing. this doesn’t affect how much we liked the stay but the outside area would feel so much more Balinese & decadent if it had more lush plantings that grew up the white wall near the pool. such a trivial thing though.

great outdoor area with pool and lounger. air con is super cold. staff were lovely & went out of their way to get a bag back to us when we left it behind. breakfasts were amazing. shirt walk through the alleyway to Main Street with restaurants etc. probably wouldnt like to walk it as a solo female because it’s so dark but felt very safe

This villa is absolutely beautiful, the bedrooms are nice and comfortable. The pool is great and nice open plan between inside and outside.

Management and staff were great, the location was convenient enough and the walk to Kartika plaza shops was enjoyable

Everything for us was perfect. We were both a little injured on this trip so only used downstairs. Ketut and our cleaner were awesome hosts. Nothing was too hard. Make sure to get help with bookings through Ketut as you may get a discount also!
