Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaThe location is a little bit out of the main town but we rented scooters and it was no problem! We also would’ve preferred more blankets rather than 1 small sheet but not really a big deal.
We stayed in the surfers hut and it was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice to come back and relax to and breakfast was always so nice!

New ZealandNeeded longer time staying to get more surf in and all the other activities suggested by 360 Surf Camp
Staff were amazing go above and beyond ( they all need a pay rise 😁). We were here for 7 days had the best camp dinner cooked here was amazing. The surf camp we all caught so many waves and was made to feel like pros. They made my daughters have the best time surfing the instructors are the best with the kids. My little one who gets scared out the back at home didn’t once think about it and there were a lot of surfs out there the boys had her ripping it up. We went with 360 surf camp recommendations on a day snorkeling so cool. Snorkeling with the reef sharks. We also chilled back at the camp by the pool as it was just nice hanging there and meeting other travellers. If wanting place for good atmosphere not crazy central, great surfing instructors, family time this ticks all the boxes.

SpainIts up the hill and close to the road so motorbikes are very very noisy, they where building something and we had a constant construction noise next to us, we couldn't relax.
We loved the staff and the surf classes. Teachers were great.

United KingdomThe WiFi didn’t quite reach my room (I was right at the top) so I had to use phone data.
I had a fabulous stay at 360 Surf Academy. I was there just for accommodation, and it was lovely! Comfortable, private and the rooms are very aesthetic, often with hanging chairs or alike. There’s even a little yoga shala where you can watch the sunset!! The staff are SO lovely and helpful. It’s a little out of town but I wanted to be out of the main hustle and bustle of main Kuta for a few days!

AustraliaThe staff went above and beyond at 360, from organising laundry, cooking the best food, making it so easy to surf and providing scooter rental - staying here was a dream. In a nice quiet spot just out of town it is peaceful, and it has a real family vibe here making it so easy to make friends. Will definitely be coming back!

New ZealandThe location is slightly remote from the main road allowing a quieter space in the middle of the mountains. We hired scooters at the reception for 70k per day which made life in Lombok super easy.
I booked 360 Surf Academy to spend 4 nights with 2 friends in Kuta. We didn’t choose the surf package as one of us wasn’t keen on surfing a lot - it was the best combo between surf and a warm welcoming vibe. The surf lessons were great with a super fun group of instructors, the staff was friendly, caring and responded super fast to any requests. The activities were well planned and inclusive by one of the volunteers (Marine). Breakfast is NOT to miss (especially the pancakes) I would highly recommend this place for a quiet-but-not-too-much, welcoming and friendly stay 🩵

Australia360 Surf Camp is like your home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here!✨ The atmosphere is vibrant, all of the staff and guests are super lovely and it’s a really pretty spot. It is worth staying at least 2 nights to be able to enjoy everything this place and Lombok has to offer. Plus this place offers extra activities beyond just surfing such as family dinners and surf skate lessons. They also run morning and afternoon group surf lessons which are lots of a fun and a great way to improve your surf skills and to see some of the amazing local surf spots. Shout out to Wadi, my surf instructor! I haven’t surfed in a while and needed to relearn some technique. He helped me improve my pop up and I ended up catching one of the best waves of my life!

RomaniaMy room was dirty on the floor since I entered in it. And even after cleaning day, was the same. I think the only cleaning they did was changing the sheets, towels and trash.. The mosquito net from the bed was very dirty or stained. One woman from the reception said it will be changed, but didn't happened. The socket in the bedroom was broken but luckily they fixed it quickly.
The garden was really nice, with cozy places to chill. Also I enjoyed having a common space (the living room).

PhilippinesI could not recommend them enough, 360 made my dream surf trip to Lombok memorable. Pina and all the staff goes beyond for me and even to other guests. She arranged everything for us (laundry, motorbike, etc) and the surf lesson with them is comparatively the best. The camp is clean and maintained I have no complaints except for the mosquitoes (tho we went during wet season) and is somehow expected. I would stay with them again on my next trip to Lombok

AustraliaNoisy - construction from 6am to 9pm. Hot, bedroom open to mosquitos. I had to leave for an emergency after 1 night, yet still had to pay for 5 nights. No offer to reduce the cost, voucher for future stay etc. Really sad & very expensive situation with zero offer to help.

New ZealandWe loved everything about this place :) Really friendly and relaxed vibe, gorgeous accommodation in a village setting, and the staff were truly beautiful (especially Pina, she is such an asset). The location isn't super central, but we liked that too - just a few mins by scooter to get into central Kuta anyway. The surf lessons were a lot of fun too!!

AustriaIt’s a few kilometers outside the town’s center, so you can’t really walk anywhere. But in Kuta you need a scooter anyway if you want to visit the beaches, so it didn’t bother us at all, just FYI.
Beautiful & cozy rooms with everything you need, very friendly staff, bathroom was clean, and I could go on and on - we wish we could’ve stayed longer!
