The property is located on a busy small road that gets hit with traffic or cars and scooters, so the 50 metre walk to the 'main road' for restaurants etc was a bit sketchy at times with the family, but we just got GoJeks from our complex front door / they are so cheap and so easy and the kids loved the novelty!

We LOVE Canguu and the PEOPLE who work at this complex are just ALL amazing! Jesman the Villa manager was just so helpful every single day! The security guards were always friendly! The cleaning staff always so polite! I hope they see this review so they know how grateful we were for having their kindness.

Although we really enjoyed our stay and the villa was spacious and well-located, there was definitely some visible wear and tear. We noticed a few stains and burn marks on the couch and bed frame/headboard. It didn’t affect our stay, but it was something we picked up on. The overall cleanliness was okay, though coming from New Zealand, where cleaning standards are generally very high, we did feel it could have been a bit better.

We stayed in the Two Bedroom Villa for four nights and had a great experience. Jesman was fantastic, he organised scooters for us and was kind enough to let us leave our luggage after check-out, which was a huge help. All of the staff were lovely and welcoming throughout our stay. We were initially a bit worried that Canggu would be too busy, but the villa was in a great spot. There were great restaurants, shops, cafes, and beach clubs all within walking distance. The villa also has 24/7 security, so you definitely feel safe and secure. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and a great place to relax.

The toilets smell, due to the poor build of the sewage system the smells comes out.

The staffs were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Location is good, but due to the rain 1 road keeps getting flooded. So the only way in or out is using a bike or car. Hard to walk.

The first day we had issues to flush the toilet because the tank was full and had to be emptied. Some details could be improved, like there was always water left in the shower, one shower was furred up. Fruits should be replaced with fresh ones. Could use some more glasses, plates, etc. Not up to the villa but the street to the villa is in bad condition. Taxis have no issue going there but it's not so convenient. Also, there's not much in walking distance and you basically always need a ride to go eat etc.

Pillows are too tall so we all get neck sore. Fortunately the property manager gave us smaller pillows. The room perfume spray is too strong. AC in the master bedroom make some noise and it gets warm and cold. So we constantly have to open and close our blankets. The AC in the second room is fine.
