“Extremely expensive resort to have no daily activities included in the price :( much better resorts near by that include activities and common areas in the price of the room. Food onsite was so expensive and a bottle of water costs $4.50 (you can buy across the road for 50c (exact same bottle) big money maker for Hyatt.
We won’t be returning any time soon, cheaper to holiday in Australia which is not what Bali is suppose to be about :)”
“The staff were super helpful and friendly, our stay was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The front of house staff also helped out with booking a shower room for us to refresh ourselves ib as we had a late night flight and had already checked out of the hotel.
